"Cloud-Native Zero Trust with Strong Threat Protection and Centralized Control"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zscaler Internet Access?

What I like most about Zscaler Internet Access is its cloud-native zero-trust architecture, which allows secure internet access for users regardless of location. It provides strong threat protection by inspecting encrypted traffic and blocking malware, phishing, and other web-based attacks. I also appreciate the centralized policy management and visibility it gives administrators, making it easier to control user activity and enforce security policies. Additionally, since it is delivered from the cloud, it eliminates the need for traditional hardware firewalls and improves performance for remote and hybrid users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zscaler Internet Access?

One challenge with Zscaler Internet Access is that it can sometimes introduce latency because traffic is routed through cloud security inspection points before reaching the destination. In some cases, this may affect performance for bandwidth-intensive applications or users located far from Zscaler data centers. Additionally, the initial configuration and policy management can be complex, especially when integrating with existing infrastructure or legacy applications. The pricing model can also be relatively high for some organizations, particularly smaller companies that may not require the full feature set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it protects against possible viruses and software attacks from malware or ransomware. It also doesn't affect internet speed at all. It is easy to install Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zscaler Internet Access?

It has an error in which you have to randomly re-authenticate multiple times throughout the day, even if you already logged on when first using the internet. This can affect workflow. Sometimes, some software on your computer stops working and you don't know why but then when you reauthenticate Zscaler, it works again so you realize it's a Zscaler issue.
