It sometimes can completely hinder your ability to do work. If you're an employer looking at this for an option, know that because of Zscaler, your team may not be able to access their work without IT support for long periods of time. **What do you dislike about Zscaler Internet Access?** The software is incredibly slow to load, particularly for its co-branded versions. When I say slow, it will sometimes take a full minute for the login page to load. It is constantly asking for reauthentication without rhyme or reason. The way that our organization is set up, you cannot reauthenticate without your phone, which is particularly problematic, because what if you do not have your phone? In that case, you are out of luck. What I like the best is that if you have a change you need immediately implimented, you don't have to wait for a specific time to push that update out. You can actually set it up, and have it automatically refresh the policies on workstations or servers immediately. It doesn't give a lot of unnecessary noise about intrusions instead doing so through logs that are easy to identify where your stall points are. **What do you dislike about Zscaler Internet Access?** Zscaler was a replacement for an older solution that was kludgy at best. If anything, the interface is almost too simple in its approach. Open the Zscaler admin console, push the update of what you want to go out, and immediately send the information to individual systems. There is nothing to dislike about this. **Recommendations to others considering Zscaler Internet Access:** Considering the size of our organization and the requirements of security required, this was an excellent choice for a solution. The install was effortless for the service on machines. Security alerts are much clearer, and come through more verbose than what we had.
