The other thing is that I have to disconnect from the private network. **What problems is Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Covid-19. My team and organization are dedicated to stopping the spread of the novel coronavirus commonly known as COVID-19. We useZscaler to keep our network safe from cyberattacks etc. I personally am given a laptop with the tools needed to work from home daily. It is very effective. ### 3. The industry leading SaaS solution provides a granular control on all aspects of security with it Advanced Threat Protection, Malware detection, DLP and other security features. Zscaler also provides a reporting feature which provides insight into the Organization's web, application insights thus providing a great visibility on the browsing usage and for any potential security threats and provides this on a schedule basis on email. It is a highly recommended solution for any growing organization. **What do you dislike about Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud?** Bypassing traffic for applications that does not allow Zscaler intercepting can be a tiresome job unless you have the right tools like Wireshark and Fiddler. The downside to this technology in general and not Zscaler is the scenario when the PAC files in browser or Zscaler app does not have the intelligence to identify when the primary ZEN node is having high network latency or some hardware issue, if this was known the switchover to Secondary ZEN node could be achieved without manual PAC file entry changes globally. Some websites are not classified **What problems is Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had numerous Microsoft Outlook intermittent issues with Zscaler pac file, upon my further investigation we found that installing the Zscaler app resolved this issue as instead of the Web browser the pac file was read directly from the Zscaler app. Mass rollout of Zscaler app software was a challenge to deploy, we had worked very closely with Zservices team to have a silent rollout for more than 1000 users. As per my past experience the performance used to have problem and the same used to be taken up with the respective team who used to resolve the same. Some websites are classified under wrong category, upon request to Zscaler they always do the needful to rectify the same. ### 4. I also love how I can connect it to my mobile device for authentication. No need to memorize approval codes or wait for security approval emails. Just quick & easy. **What do you dislike about Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud?** Nothing! I do wish it wasn’t required to be used at all. However, cybersecurity is required these days. I can’t think of a way they could automate it any further without compromising the security aspects. **Recommendations to others considering Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud:** I highly recommend others to look into Zscaler as an option for their organization. You should always do your own due diligence & research so you can make a well informed decision for what works best for you. It is very easy to deploy and produces very little false positives (which is good). Initially our company deployed using a PAC file to get it deployed rapidly and then deployed tunnels from each location (we are US based). Overall we have seen some performance gains and better stability once we deployed the tunnels. Additionally the Zscaler app has increased performance when working remotely over standard PAC file. **What do you dislike about Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud?** The inability to not include remote workers. **Recommendations to others considering Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud:** Reporting isn't that great but is getting better, keep that in mind when evaluating vendors. **What problems is Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Increasing our internet security and sandboxing.
