Zottio is AI-powered tax software tailored to the Spanish tax system, automating forms like Models 100, 130, 303, and 349 with detailed explanations for every calculation. It processes payroll statements, invoices, and bank certificates to generate tax models ready for submission. The software ensures calculation traceability, linking figures to their source documents, extraction methods, applied rules, and confidence levels. An AI fiscal assistant offers guidance on tax obligations, deductions, deadlines, and model selection, operating 24/7 to answer filing questions. Zottio supports income tax declarations, regional deductions, rental income, donations, VAT filings, and corporate tax submissions, with tools for VAT reconciliation and expense tracking. Tax advisors access a dashboard showing client status, document completeness, deadlines, and risks. Zottio stores data on EU-based servers, ensuring GDPR compliance for security and privacy.
