There's very little about the program itself that I dislike—it has a basic function and it accomplishes it well. The only frustration is that sometimes the browser extension doesn't like to keep you logged in to the program which can be a bit of a pain when you need to make sure you're logged in again and synced with the actual software. Unfortunately, Zotero can be challenging to navigate due to its compact design and clustered interface. It can also be difficult to remove attachments within the application (this is a problem in terms of available space on the cloud storage). In addition, Zotero has both a website version and an app version for the platform. Also, the Zotero extension lets you import your sources into other documents, which is extremely handy.
