"Awesome tool for our online camera selector tool on our website"

What do you like best?

The ease of creating an assistant, mapping attributes from our store into Zoovu was pretty easy and self-explanatory. When you have the assistant ready you can add images which your client see to help with making the right choice, the employee Robert was a great help from design till publishing it on our website!

What do you dislike?

Great people, great tool, great idea, sorry no dislikes for now :-)

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking for a tool that guide your visitors online with a questionary to help your customer to find the proper product on your website or guide them through a serie of questions to select the proper form on your website ( in case you have hundreds of online forms ;-)) really great tool!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Using the tool it helps visitors to select the proper camera for their needs, indoor / outdoor, wifi or not, with a few clicks the visitor becomes a customer :-)

"Zoovu is awesome"

What do you like best?

Team took an approach with us that was down the path of 'how can we make that work?' instead of searching for ways to tell us it couldn't be done - this was refreshing AND really helped us to make our advisor something that we are very proud of.

What do you dislike?

Dislike is strong - But it would be better if we could meet with them face to face or if they were local to Los Angeles because some of the visual elements that we were discussing stem from being in our stores and feeling how we do things - vs. what can be seen on the web or even described over a call. Not a huge negative - but I had to answer the question :>

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The sales and implementation teams were amazing to work with. These people get it and are only driven by our successful use of their offering. The people were all and are all great to work with!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We had a unique situation in that we were trying to recreate something that exists with a lot of technology in our stores - and make it a path to e-commerce on our website AND give customers a 'head start' on selecting the right products in our stores. We have found much more people than we anticipated are going through the advisor and guests are coming into our stores with some really good knowledge.

"Less work and more sales of our services!"

What do you like best?

Since we implemented the use in this application our sales and services have grown successfully! It is incredible how it helps our customers and users to choose the product or service they are looking for, everything automatically and quickly .. It is great to be able to add your SmartAssistant consultants to our website in such a fast way

What do you dislike?

It is a bit complicated to use this tool and on the internet we get few information resources to be able to implement it in our system, however it is still a complaint for its use due to its large growth system for retailers and of course large Business !I cost a lot that the support answered me, they are somewhat slow to respond inquetudes to those who wish to apply for this service

If you want to increase your sales with personalized chat on your website, this is the solution for your problems!

Zoovu performs conversations based on data for our clients which allowed us to sell our services in a fast way. We managed to publish our services in several languages ​​and channels with a few clicks!

"Intelligent tool with intelligent team"

What do you like best?

Being able to reach our customers on a more personal level, and providing them with an experience that doesn't feel like it's forced or robotic.

What do you dislike?

In the past we've had challenges making updates to the tool in a timely manner - it seems like the combination of changes on our side, and with the new Zoovu dashboard, we'll be able to make edits on the fly.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The whole reason for this tool is to give control back to the consumer - you'll see better results if you let that happen and don't try to adjust the selectors to better fit your business needs.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We sell a product that is very technical and can be very daunting for someone who doesn't speak the lingo, especially considering the price points. We've been able to target a specific bucket of "middle-ground" users who know they want to upgrade their camera and are interested in learning about what we have to offer, but aren't yet at the point where they can find things on their own.

"Great technology that meets our needs with strong future potential. "

What do you like best?

Customization, new reporting features, opportunity to syndicate to retailers. Customer Success support is great. Very responsive and helpful in making good business decisions

What do you dislike?

Currently, inconsistent reporting, inability to make quick changes, lack of visibility into data. Many of this looks like it will be changed with the more user-friendly interface. It will be great to be able to see more real time data of how the recommendation engine is performing.

Create a roadmap and timeline to make changes base don performance and always be testing new questions.

"Partner to Improve the Customer Journey"

What do you like best?

Zoovu enables consumers to engage and find the right product for them, cutting through the many SKUs. It enables us to differentiate our on site experience vs. other ecommerce sellers.

What do you dislike?

The interface and back end has been difficult to work with, though this is being improved and we are looking to get on the new platform.

Helping consumers find the right mixer for them. Better engagement has resulted.

What do you like best?

they have a great tool as well as great customer service - their team is very helpful in guiding you through the process and helping with best practices

What do you dislike?

we didnt set up tracking properly in terms of conversions - i wish we looked at that earlier
