I have been unimpressed with the customer support, specifically after sharing that I was unimpressed with the tool. No one has reached out to try to make our experience better, and the tool has added zero benefit to our recruiting efforts. I love that you can get candidates that do not have active LinkedIn profiles. I also love the integration with LinkedIn and being able to contact candidates directly. It auto-defaults to sending to candidates' work emails which is not helpful. Also, there are several instances where the contact information is wrong for candidates. Additionally, would prefer a filter to be able to just contact people who do not have LinkedIn profiles. Don't like that you have to hit enter every single credential of search you put int.
