The ZoomInfo ReachOut extension for Google Chrome is phenomenal. It saves tons of time toggling between windows and tabs while providing useful information and easy-to-use controls. While the information is still significantly more accurate than other platforms, there are still quite a few profiles missing or without accurate data (i.e. - they've moved on to a new company, have a new last name, etc.). You can submit changes, but I'm not sure how quickly they actually process, update, & verify. Also, if more profiles included the LinkedIn URLs, it would be helpful. I have tried so many services that claim to have personal contact info, but they only ever have a general office line. I was shocked at the quality of ZoomInfo. 99% of the people I need contact info for have information listed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasionally I will find an incorrect phone number - it's very seldom though and ZoomInfo has a team of people who will remove and find the correct info. That's the only downside I have found but it's still well worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing I like best is the ability to search using multiple criteria, to narrow down who I need to reach and the multiple means of communication. The least effective part is that from time to time the information is out of date. I have run into a few deadends here and there where the information is more than six months old and the target is no longer at the company. I am loving Zoom Info/Zoom Recruiter!! I am so good at it that I actually train my colleagues on it and give them refreshers. It has been so helpful for our team of recruiters to find potential highly qualified candidates. I love that we can see their work history. It's helpful that there is a link readily available to access and view their prior employers instead of having to run a separate search. I also like that their contact information is provided so that way we are able to contact them on the spot. So far the only issue is that not all cities are available under the location field. However, I found a solution around that. You can put in a bigger city that is close to the city you are searching for and you adjust the radius (miles). That was helpful for a search I was running for example. I like that it allows you to find company email formats. Even if a specific person is not on ZoomInfo, as long as the company is, you can figure out what their email will be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am not sure how quickly people get added to the system. For example, I was looking for someone who had started a career a month earlier, and they were not in the system.
