Talent Autopilot is an AI recruiting agent that lets recruiters describe a role in plain language, with no Boolean strings required. It evaluates candidates based on skills, career paths, and work history, and surfaces people with adjacent or transferable experience. It explains why each candidate was recommended and accepts typed or spoken feedback to refine results. Autopilot connects to Gmail or Outlook and includes outreach templates, reply tracking, and optional automatic follow-up. Outreach is sent only after the recruiter approves it. Talent Data Cube delivers verified candidate data into the systems teams already use, through a flat file, API, or direct integration where supported. The ATS or CRM remains the system of record, and Data Cube adds verified contact information and professional context to existing records. It reduces manual data reconciliation, and data is refreshed monthly. ZoomInfo Talent is designed to support recruiter judgment. It surfaces candidates and signals, and recruiters make every hiring decision.
