The amount of information provided by Zoominfo Sales allows us to quickly access inbound leads as well as strategize regarding our cold outreach. The integration and communication between ZoomInfo and our CRM, assist at saving time and effort. The additional features, such as workflows, allow us to maximize our time with outreach rather than spending time with administrative tasks. The ease of use in setting up the feature as well as the support provided, only added to our positive exerience. What do you dislike about GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo? The inability to segment certain industries within a verticle, such as hospitality, retail, and large corporations in food/beverage. These are complex industries for which there are the brands, the owners and the operators. This complexity makes it difficult to pinpoint the right individuals for outreach. What problems is GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo solving and how is that benefiting you? In entering a new vertical, we did not have the long standing relationships. Zoominfo helped us break into the industry by giving us information to be able to reach out to the appropriate individuals as well as the background to be able to talk intelligently in the area.
