I like my copilot. I also like seeing who has looked at the website and using the intents to drill down deeper for more detailed information. When I see who was on the website, I can reach out to them and see how I can help, and about 30-40% of the time, I get a response telling me what they need. Some of the time the contacts are not updated. Sometimes it moves very slow. I also wish that I could have the emails generated but coming from a different email address. There could have been more time spent on showing all the benefits that you receive and how ZoomInfo Sales is different from competitors. Zoominfo Sales is an intuitive tool. It is easy to use and has decent filtering options to help you find the right prospects. The WebSights feature is also very helpful in identifying companies that are researching your company. Our account manager is very helpful, they have great resources online (both live webinars and self-paced courses), anyone can become a Zoominfo expert if they choose to be! Contact information is not always accurate, but people do change jobs frequently especially in the tech world. There is a NeverBounce option for email verification, but it should be built into the tool instead of being an add-on. There are other tools that use a "waterfall" approach to verify contact info, but they're not as user-friendly.
