"A Great Tool for Sales Prospecting and Account Research"
5/5
What do you like best about GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo?

I like that GTM Workspace makes it much easier to find the right companies and contacts without having to spend a lot of time researching manually. Having the company information, contact details and other useful insights in one place makes prospecting a lot quicker and easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo?

One area that could be improved is the accuracy of some of the contact data. Occasionally, information can be outdated or wrong, so having more frequent data updates would make the platform even more useful. It would also be nice if some of the search and filtering options were a little simpler to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Sales Prospecting, Needs UI Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo?

I find GTM Workspace – Powered by ZoomInfo really useful for sales prospecting. It helps me identify specific people in specific roles within target companies, which has cut my research time roughly in half when I’m hunting for leads. I also appreciate how well it connects with Salesforce CRM, and being able to pull contact information for prospects has been genuinely helpful.

The contact and company data has mostly been solid. I do run into the occasional outdated record, but it hasn’t slowed me down much—still, it’s worth knowing. The ZoomInfo connector integrated with Claude is also a nice addition to my workflow. I don’t rely on the AI features all the time, but when I need to find specific people in certain industries and confirm their role at a company, it handles that well.

On the downside, the UI could be better optimized. Features like advanced search would be more effective than relying on a plain general search. For context, I’m part of a sales organization called PES at the University of Houston. I don’t know the pricing since it’s included with our partnership, but if I were out in the field and needed to find certain people in certain industries, I’d be willing to pay a good amount for it. There was little to no onboarding, but the product is straightforward enough that it didn’t hurt the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo?

The UI could use some optimization. The search filters feel clunky and a bit limited; finding the exact filter I want takes more clicking than it should. For my needs, a proper advanced search would be much more useful than the current general search. I also notice slower loading at times, which breaks my flow when I’m working through a list of prospects. The data is mostly reliable, but I do run into the occasional outdated record, so I sometimes double-check contact details before reaching out. Onboarding was pretty much nonexistent as well; the product is simple enough that I was able to figure it out, but a little more guidance up front would have helped me get to the most useful features faster. "Zoom info for SDRs and Account Managers"

What do you like best about GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo?

The GTM Workspace has become a central place for account research and prospecting. I particularly like the ability to upload account lists and automatically enrich them with ZoomInfo data, identify the right buyer personas, track buying intent signals, and receive timely notifications on account activity. It has helped prioritize outreach and engage prospects at the right stage of the sales cycle, making prospecting much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo?

While the platform is highly valuable, improving the accuracy and freshness of contact data would make it even better. There are still instances where contact information is outdated or no longer relevant. More frequent data validation and stronger coverage for mid-market and enterprise decision-makers would further improve the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GTM has made it much easier to manage and prioritize our sales activities. The platform combines powerful company and contact data with AI-driven insights, helping our team identify the right prospects faster and focus on high-value opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes. Contact information is outdated; it takes almost a year to update when a prospect leaves the organization, leading to incorrect data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo?

5:22 PMClaude responded: Character count sits around 850, plenty of room under most G2 limits but well above the 40 minimum.GTM Workspace pulls partner research, end-user account data, and contact info into one view. What I lean on most:

- Contact accuracy. Direct dials and verified emails land right the first time, which matters when I map new VARs.

- Intent signals. I see which accounts research storage or backup in real time and route them to partners.

- Similar companies. Lookalike target lists in minutes instead of an afternoon on LinkedIn.

- HubSpot integration. Enriched data flows into CRM without cleanup.

- Copilot. Org charts, funding events, and buying signals show up in one place before partner calls.

- Performance. Searches return fast even on broad queries. No lag when I run multiple tabs.

- Support and onboarding. Onboarding was structured, and my CSM responds quickly when I need help with a workflow or new use case.

- UI. Clean layout. Nothing buried.

- ROI for a channel role. Pipeline I build through partners traces back to ZoomInfo research more often than any other source. The time saved on pre-call prep alone covers the cost several times over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo?

A few friction points worth flagging:

- Data decay on smaller accounts. Contact info stays sharp at the enterprise level, but mid-market and SMB records go stale faster. I cross-check before outreach.

- Intent signal noise. Useful at the account level, but the topic taxonomy is broad. Storage intent sometimes pulls in adjacent categories I have to filter out.

- Export limits. Pulling large lists into CRM hits caps that slow down bulk partner mapping projects.

- Mobile experience. The desktop workspace is strong, but mobile feels like an afterthought when I need a quick lookup between meetings.

- Learning curve on advanced search. Boolean filters and saved searches take time to master. Worth it once you get there, but not intuitive on day one.

- Pricing tiers. Some features I would use sit behind higher tiers, which forces tradeoffs on what to activate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo?

One of the things I like most about GTM Workspace is the real-time data and insights that help us quickly identify the right contacts and opportunities to grow our business. The platform streamlines prospecting, improves team alignment, and boosts productivity. I also appreciate the wide range of account filters and add-ons available, along with access to millions of organizations, making it easier to find and engage the right prospects with confidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo?

GTM Workspace could improve the accuracy and freshness of its contact database, as we still encounter approximately 20-30% outdated or invalid leads. Improving data quality would significantly enhance user confidence and campaign effectiveness. Additionally, customer support responsiveness and issue resolution could be strengthened. While the platform provides valuable insights and extensive market coverage, its pricing can feel high, particularly when the data quality does not consistently meet expectations. "My honest review of ZoomInfo's GTM Workspace: It’s basically a cheat code for pipeline."

What do you like best about GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo?

The new things about GTM workspace are:

1. The "All-In-One" Views Grid

You know the headache of constantly clicking between ZoomInfo and Salesforce? They finally fixed it. The new Views tool puts your CRM data, buying signals, and meeting notes into one simple, spreadsheet-style grid. Even better, updating a status here changes Salesforce instantly. No more double-entry admin work.

2. Instant AI Account Briefs

Stop wasting your Sunday nights digging through a company’s news, hiring trends, and tech stack to prep for big meetings. The new AI Docs engine does it for you in one click. It scans ZoomInfo’s intent data to instantly write a 30 day account plan or a highly tailored outreach email matching your prospect's exact pain points. From there, you just hit send through Gmail or Sales loft Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Premium Price Tag

Let’s face it, ZoomInfo is incredibly expensive. While a $7M pipeline easily justifies the cost for a heavy hitter like you, the rigid pricing blocks smaller teams or startups from getting a foot in the door. They really need flexible, entry-level tiers for teams that don't need the massive enterprise suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoominfo has decided to add AI to its platform, and to its credit is only as bad as everyone else's AI, which is to say it's really bad. Don't use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The speed of implentation of AI has not been tested, and we are the beta for these guys, which is unfortunate. Their support, which is now also AI, is even worse. If you want a real human, don't rely on Zoominfo Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate Data and Powerful Prospecting That Streamlines Lead Generation"
5/5
What do you like best about GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo?

What I like most about ZoomInfo Sales is its ability to provide accurate, up-to-date contact and company data, which makes prospecting and lead generation much more efficient. The platform’s advanced search and filtering capabilities help quickly identify the right decision-makers, while its integration with CRM systems keeps all sales data centralised and actionable. I also appreciate the insights and analytics it provides, which help prioritise high-value opportunities and improve targeting for outreach. Overall, it saves time, improves the quality of leads, and supports more data-driven sales decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo?

One downside of ZoomInfo Sales is that maintaining data accuracy can sometimes be a challenge, as contact details or company information can change quickly. The platform can also feel overwhelming at first due to the breadth of features and options available, which can require time to learn and optimise. Additionally, some of the more advanced functionalities may be limited to higher-tier plans, which can be a barrier for smaller teams or organisations. Overall, while highly useful, it requires some ongoing effort to get the most value from the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Lead Search but Canada Data Accuracy Needs Improvement"

What do you like best about GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo?

I like the ability to quickly search for specific roles and targets for marketing leads. We have many different campaigns, and if we are looking for, say, HR Managers or IT Directors, we can do this easily and quickly with ZoomInfo Sales, pulling a spreadsheet of 500 contacts in minutes. The initial setup was smooth, with no major issues, and was completed in 15 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo?

The contacts sometimes are not valid (they no longer work there) or the information is not always correct. They should do a better job vetting the clients - we find we see a lot of data in Canada that is old or not valid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
