We can easily download information without any problem. Also, we get good customer supprt from the Zoominfo on regular basis. I use zoominfo on regular basis for my business operations. Huge volume of contact info, org-charts and technographic data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Due to the huge volume of data, some percentage of it is always out of date. For instance a contact might have moved on to a new company and Zoom still shows them at the previous role, or, Zoom might say that they are using a certain piece of infrastructure but when you reach someone and talk to them you find out that they switched suppliers already.

The amount of information provided by Zoominfo Sales allows us to quickly access inbound leads as well as strategize regarding our cold outreach. The additional features, such as workflows, allow us to maximize our time with outreach rather than spending time with administrative tasks. The inability to segment certain industries within a verticle, such as hospitality. Hospitality is a complex industry for which there are the brands, the owners and the operators. This complexity makes it difficult to pinpoint the right individuals for outreach. By combining LinkedIn and Zoominfo we were able to overcome some of these barriers. ZoomInfo is an amazing business tool that helps our business enrich leads in real-time and find the best places to perform outbound activity. You can easily filter through options based on things like size, industry, and HQ. It also shows you who to contact by highlighting their roles and responsibilities through Buying Groups. The last part is that leveraging their solutions such as Intent and Websights has paid dividends for us.
The implementation was extremely easy and integration with our CRM and outreach tools was seamless. The ability to find and update existing contacts & aid in prospecting is something that I see as very useful from the beginning. As a newer user, I know there is much more information available at the click of a few buttons and filters. Anything new takes some time but with the little experience I have with ZI Sales I'm excited to the possibilities it brings and I use this daily. From my limited expeience wth ZI Sales, I have found a bit of out of date content. If i could 'flag" such content it would be nice to see an update. There may be that option already but I am unaware at this time. when copying a contact into Salesforce, it would be nice to have check marks to choose what to bring over as it doesn't copy the whole info on the contact. It allows you to export contacts/leads to your Salesflow in ZoomInfo Engage in a friendly way. It has a lot of filters to better find the best leads you can reach out. You can also use Intent to better find companies that are looking what you offer. In my case, I use it to identify companies looking for Outsourcing services. Easy and friendly to use. So far, so good. I don't have anything in mind that I dislike. I've been using this amazing tool for 4 months and everything has been great. Some records are incorrect or not completely current. This is somewhat expected and not an issue for me to this point. Some of the AI features are repetitive and predictable. There are so many helpful things to do with ZoomInfo. I love the capability to monitor intent words to see what companies are searching for something to do with my product. Honestly, there is not much to say about ZoomInfo in a negative way. I guess the only thing would be to make sure when you integrate into Salesforce or Salesloft that the fields transfer corrently. The Advanced Search filters allow our users to search for their exact target audience so they can quickly reach out to people instead of wasting time digging through long lists of irrelevant data. I especially like the "Likely to Engage" filter because it gives us insight into the best way to engage with a prospect.

I would like to see additional financial metrics other than total revenues, specifically for the healthcare provider space (large health systems and hospitals); we use Net Patient Revenue and Medicare Revenues as financial metrics to determine if an account is a target. The accuracy of the information provided on contacts/ leads is second to none. When I have an email but not direct number for a contact I just drop it into zoominfo and 9/10 times its in there.
