What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

Ease of use. We can get access of company insights and contact information. Every it of information available in the Zoominfo is very valuable. It makes our work easy. We can easily download information without any problem. Also, we get good customer supprt from the Zoominfo on regular basis. I use zoominfo on regular basis for my business operations. What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

Due to the huge volume of data, some percentage of it is always out of date. For instance a contact might have moved on to a new company and Zoom still shows them at the previous role, or, Zoom might say that they are using a certain piece of infrastructure but when you reach someone and talk to them you find out that they switched suppliers already.

This is inherent with all b2b data sources, and I think that the percentage of stale data is comparable across competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?

Doing B2B outreach is dependent on being able to find direct contact info - direct phone numbers and email addresses. Zoom provides more phone #s and emails than any other provider I've used.

Additionally using account intelligence to locate target companies that align to your Ideal Customer Profile is critical to selecting the right companies to target. Zoom info provides adequate technographic data for this purpose. The quality of the technographics data is similar to other providers but the volume is far more than other players in this space. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

The amount of information provided by Zoominfo Sales allows us to quickly access inbound leads as well as strategize regarding our cold outreach. The additional features, such as workflows, allow us to maximize our time with outreach rather than spending time with administrative tasks. The ease of use in setting up the feature as well as the support provided, only added to our positive exerience. What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

The inability to segment certain industries within a verticle, such as hospitality. Hospitality is a complex industry for which there are the brands, the owners and the operators. This complexity makes it difficult to pinpoint the right individuals for outreach. By combining LinkedIn and Zoominfo we were able to overcome some of these barriers. In entering a new vertical, we did not have the long standing relationships. Zoominfo helped us break into the industry by giving us information to be able to reach out to the appropriate individuals as well as the background to be able to talk intelligently in the area. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

ZoomInfo is an amazing business tool that helps our business enrich leads in real-time and find the best places to perform outbound activity. You can easily filter through options based on things like size, industry, and HQ. It also shows you who to contact by highlighting their roles and responsibilities through Buying Groups. The last part is that leveraging their solutions such as Intent and Websights has paid dividends for us.

The implementation was extremely easy and integration with our CRM and outreach tools was seamless. Our support reps, Jeff Connelly and Stephen Mott, have been amazing resources to my team in driving best practices with ZoomInfo. What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

I wish I could sign into my user's accounts to set up structures like buying groups or alerts so my sales team doesn't have to do it themselves. This would provide great efficiency to my sales team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ZoomInfo help us get our hands on all different types of data - from phone numbers and emails to who is coming on website to who is search our company's use cases. It is the epicenter of our outreach when it comes to driving new outbound opportunities. In a world where the cold call has become harder than ever, ZoomInfo makes it as easy as ever to have a target conversation with prospects which leads to revenue. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

The ability to find and update existing contacts & aid in prospecting is something that I see as very useful from the beginning. As a newer user, I know there is much more information available at the click of a few buttons and filters. Anything new takes some time but with the little experience I have with ZI Sales I'm excited to the possibilities it brings and I use this daily. What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

From my limited expeience wth ZI Sales, I have found a bit of out of date content. If i could 'flag" such content it would be nice to see an update. There may be that option already but I am unaware at this time. when copying a contact into Salesforce, it would be nice to have check marks to choose what to bring over as it doesn't copy the whole info on the contact. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

It allows you to export contacts/leads to your Salesflow in ZoomInfo Engage in a friendly way. It has a lot of filters to better find the best leads you can reach out. You can also use Intent to better find companies that are looking what you offer. In my case, I use it to identify companies looking for Outsourcing services. Easy and friendly to use. What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

So far, so good. I don't have anything in mind that I dislike. I've been using this amazing tool for 4 months and everything has been great. Even when I had an issue, their Customer Support resolved my concern in a timely manner. I will keep using their main site and their Google Chrome Extension on a daily basis. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

ZoomInfo is versatile for my team. We use it for sales, procurement, research, etc. The tools available are great for prospecting and cut down on time otherwise required, particularly in sales. This gives me and my team a distinct competitive edge and makes us more efficient in our approach. This creates more time for additional activity. The package we opted for is more than just a glorified phone book. It is truly a sales tool that has impact and power. I use it almost daily and several times a day when I do. For prospecting days, ZoomInfo is how I start my day and it feeds my activity throughout. It was easy to get set up and customer support from day one is amazing. The ZoomInfo team definitely wants to make sure you get what you paid for and then some. They go out of their way to help. They are proactive and responsive! Some records are incorrect or not completely current. This is somewhat expected and not an issue for me to this point. Some of the AI features are repetitive and predictable. ZoomInfo helps me with time management and allows me to do more with less time. It gives me a huge headstart every day and provides immediate answers to questions when researching and prospecting. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

There are so many helpful things to do with ZoomInfo. I love the capability to monitor intent words to see what companies are searching for something to do with my product. Honestly, there is not much to say about ZoomInfo in a negative way. I guess the only thing would be to make sure when you integrate into Salesforce or Salesloft that the fields transfer corrently. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

The Advanced Search filters allow our users to search for their exact target audience so they can quickly reach out to people instead of wasting time digging through long lists of irrelevant data. I especially like the "Likely to Engage" filter because it gives us insight into the best way to engage with a prospect.

Some features are unavailable to us because of our subscription level, such as organization charts and technologies, but I was able to utilize them during a trial period, and they are AMAZING. I hope to be able to upgrade our team in the future! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

I would like to see additional financial metrics other than total revenues, specifically for the healthcare provider space (large health systems and hospitals); we use Net Patient Revenue and Medicare Revenues as financial metrics to determine if an account is a target. What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

The accuracy of the information provided on contacts/ leads is second to none. When I have an email but not direct number for a contact I just drop it into zoominfo and 9/10 times its in there.

When im trying to find new contacts for an account it gives me plenty of options for contacts and easily exports to the CRM or excel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

The abiltiy to import leads to the CRM sometimes leaves a few out when exporting large lists. I do like how it informs you of which ones it cannot export and the reason why but it would be great if it automatically exported to excel instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoominfo bridges the gap on those accounts that would otherwise be closed out as no obtainable contacts. It allows me to get in 5x more conversations than what it would without it.

It also whens when Im build out large contact lists.
