- Contact accuracy. Direct dials and verified emails land right the first time, which matters when I map new VARs.
- Intent signals. I see which accounts research storage or backup in real time and route them to partners.
- Similar companies. Lookalike target lists in minutes instead of an afternoon on LinkedIn.
- HubSpot integration. Enriched data flows into CRM without cleanup.
- Copilot. Org charts, funding events, and buying signals show up in one place before partner calls.
- Performance. Searches return fast even on broad queries. No lag when I run multiple tabs.

- Export limits. Pulling large lists into CRM hits caps that slow down bulk partner mapping projects.
- Mobile experience. The desktop workspace is strong, but mobile feels like an afterthought when I need a quick lookup between meetings.

I like the ability to quickly search for specific roles and targets for marketing leads. We have many different campaigns, and if we are looking for, say, HR Managers or IT Directors, we can do this easily and quickly with ZoomInfo Sales, pulling a spreadsheet of 500 contacts in minutes. The initial setup was smooth, with no major issues, and was completed in 15 minutes.

The contacts sometimes are not valid (they no longer work there) or the information is not always correct. They should do a better job vetting the clients - we find we see a lot of data in Canada that is old or not valid.

ZoomInfo continues to be one of the most important tools I use as a salesperson. The contact information is accurate, the company data is very helpful, and having direct phone numbers and verified emails saves a lot of time. It helps me prospect faster, find the right decision-makers, and keep my outreach organized. The data quality and ease of use are what make it so valuable for a sales team.

I honestly do not have many complaints. The platform works very well for my day-to-day sales workflow. The only improvement would be continuing to keep contact data as fresh and updated as possible, but overall I am very happy with ZoomInfo.

I find ZoomInfo Sales very user-friendly and extremely easy to use. It’s dynamic and provides a lot of insight into potential prospects and decision-makers, even when full information isn’t available. We’ve run successful email marketing campaigns and closed good deals after using their contact data. The response rate for emails we’ve sent using ZoomInfo Sales contact information has been impressively good.

What I really like is that it helps us reach people we couldn’t have contacted directly through other tools or programs we’ve used in the past. The initial setup was straightforward, and the platform feels intuitive, which minimizes the need for extensive training.

Another function I’ve found especially useful is the company descriptions; the results we’ve gotten from them have been very accurate.

**What do you dislike about GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo?**

I don’t dislike anything about the tool. My main suggestion is to keep expanding the data coverage for Latin America. We also use it for searches in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the US, and in those regions I’ve found it to be very robust.

It would be great to improve the presence of, and access to, information for countries in Latin America. Also, some of the contact information isn’t updated—there are cases where contacts no longer work at their companies or don’t hold those positions anymore. That said, I understand this isn’t easy to keep current in a world where professional mobility moves so fast.

Overall, I love ZoomInfo and have already recommended it to former colleagues and family.

I absolutely love ZoomInfo Sales. I've recommended it to a bunch of friends and helped others within their organizations learn how to use it better. The intent and filtering features are incredibly useful and important to me, especially when it comes to revenue amounts and locations. My account manager has been really good, showing me the ropes and being available when needed. ZoomInfo Sales makes it easy to find the correct decision maker by allowing me to input multiple job titles, which is super helpful when dealing with thousands of contacts. I love being able to find cell phone numbers and email addresses, and there’s a lot of valuable information available about the companies, including what they're searching for, which is part of the intent that I really like. My favorite thing is being able to do searches and create qualified lists with filters like revenue, location, and industry, helping me reach the right people. The interface works really well, and I appreciate the speedy communication and resolutions I receive. It was really easy to integrate, I use it 50-100 times a day, & I'm SO glad we have it!!

Sometimes, if a person's name hasn't been used frequently or searched for in the past ninety days, it doesn't show up in the immediate search with the criteria I put in. Even if I do type somebody's name in very specifically, then it'll pop up, which is a bit of a challenge. It's kind of a turnoff when I'm trying to seek out a company and see only 10 employees, making me think I've reached the end of my search. I wish they wouldn't quite be filtered out like that.

- By using intent data, web activity, and engagement signals we can prioritize prospects who are more likely to convert.
- Reduced time and efforts of manual searching due to integration feature. Smooth syncing with salesforce and hubspot can give contact information on a click.

The best part about the Zoominfo Sales is it has high quality B2B database which suits for all industry vertical and business which really makes prospecting much faster and most efficient

It also provides high intent data, company and contact insight with advanced filtering options to qualify the high quality leads for business workflow

The downside of the ZoomInfo sales is the contact data is outdated in some user case due to data refresh time is longer so few of dataset are outdated if you are reaching out those prospect through email or phone it got bounce back need to improve the data quality

ZoomInfo has a huge database of contacts. I really love the feature of uploading lists and selecting the job titles we need, along with other filters like location and tech stack, and then exporting them. I can select a large number of contacts and export them at once with all the required information. It also includes company information along with the prospect details while exporting.

I also like the feature of searching for contact information using a LinkedIn URL, I just have to paste it into the search bar to get the results.
Additionally, I appreciate the feature that allows unused credits to be carried forward to the next month.

**What do you dislike about GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo?**

The cost is high compared to other similar tools available. Many companies can afford only one or two accounts, and it becomes difficult for the rest of the team members who need access.

Also, even after paying a high price, I find that some information is missing for certain prospects, which leads me to use a backup tool like Apollo, effectively doubling the cost.

Zoominfo is solving the problem of prospecting being time consuming. People answer their cell phones and listen- plus, texting is a great tool to let someone know why you are calling. 

ZoomInfo has email addresses that are legit and work! Can't get through with a phone call, send an introductory email.

Logging into ZoomInfo Sales is a horrific experience. Very often it doesn't work properly, whether it's username/password log in, or SSO. It just won't let you into the platform. I like how up to date and modern it is, and how easy it is to navigate as a platform as a whole. It helps me sort through my CRM accounts that are not updated, allowing me to import contacts that are up to date and relevant.

I give grace in the instances where the person changed rolls / the rolls changed personnel within the last 3-6 months but there are definitely still some struggle spots.  When the person has not been in roll for over a year, that is a bit of a struggle.

The process for downloading data (ease of implementation) is efficient.  The few times that I've interfaced with customer support have been very timely and helpful.  As frequency of use, I try to use it evey other day to stay current. Once my data capture is complete and dowloaded, its easy to integrate into my database.

I don't know if this is an issue, but I would like to know if I could upload a list of leads that I only have companies' names and websites and then get it enriched. I don't know what's the process. The other thing is I would like to keep track of the leads that I have exported or downloaded from ZoomInfo. Like, just a check mark or a filter of already leads already exported or something like that.

I use ZoomInfo Sales to gather data and find prospects with the correct titles. I like how it provides accurate data such as names, last names, emails, phone numbers, and mobile numbers. It's a big help because I have clients all over the USA. I really enjoy how accurate the information is, about 90% accurate. I also appreciate the filter options when looking for prospects in specific counties or zip codes, which helps me target the locations I need and keeps my clients happy. The updates keep giving me new information all the time, and I can easily download leads and enter them into my CRM. I love that my CRM, Zoho, connects with it so that I can get information into my CRM with the press of a button. The initial setup was really simple; I played around for about an hour and felt like I had mastered it.

I really appreciate ZoomInfo Sales for its powerful data enrichment capabilities, especially when integrated with Salesforce, ensuring our data is as accurate as possible. The prospecting ability is game-changing, allowing me to generate lists and reach out not just to individuals, but also to see how organizations are structured, which is incredibly useful. Its AI-powered insights into buyer behavior give us a head start by identifying customer activities. I find it particularly effective for North American data sourcing, especially in Canada. Additionally, working with them is a breeze because they are great when it comes to enablement. The integration with other tools like LeanData and Slack is helpful, and I look forward to using it in connection with Claude Enterprises as well. The features keep improving, making it top-of-the-line for lead and CRM-related tasks.

I find it a bit annoying to have to log in each time to ZoomInfo when it's connected to CRM Salesforce. It'd be nice if it just lived there in the managed package without requiring repeated logins. Also, its UI is a little clunky. This doesn't ruin the experience, but it could be improved.

Having this many features in one place allows me to research a company’s financial health and their tech infrastructure instantly, making it the most comprehensive 'all-in-one' tool for deep prospect intelligence.

One major functional drawback is the lack of fuzzy matching during bulk searches. If the company name you provide doesn't perfectly match ZoomInfo’s specific formatting, the system simply returns no results. It’s frustrating that a premium platform doesn't offer 'did you mean' suggestions or partial name matching for bulk uploads, forcing us to spend hours manually cleaning data just to get a match.

ZoomInfo solves the problem of fragmented prospect intelligence. Instead of jumping between multiple sites, I can see a company’s budgetary details, tech stack, and org hierarchy on a single page. It also solves the "gatekeeper" issue by providing verified direct dials and mobile numbers, ensuring I can actually reach the people I find.
It has drastically increased my research velocity. I can now build a data-backed business case in minutes rather than hours. Having deep insights into a company's current technology and financial health allows me to tailor my pitch perfectly, which has led to higher response rates and a much clearer path to the Economic Buyer.

ZoomInfo is a great little program.  It enhances both our sales and marketing efforts by allowing a one stop shop for the contact information for the retailers and grocers that we are actively looking to to business with.   The program is easy to use.  We use ZoomInfo every day and it has become part of our process.  The automations that can be set up allow us to be informed of leads before our competitors.  Zoom is able to track leads to our website and suggest the proper contacts to get back with.  They can also use AI to locate companies that the opening, closing and relocating.  I will also mention that the sales team at Zoom is not HIGH pressure like so many of the software companies can be.  Our sales rep is Sky Stacy and her boss is Stephen Buckley.  Both are great to work with.  Very knowledgeable and were able to get us into the right program.  They did not try to over sell us.  They sold us what we needed.  The on-board team was lead by Chris Leonardo and I feel that he also truly wants us to succeed.  He took the time to get to know us.  This will help down the road as we continue to refine our processes.  This personal touch has helped with an easy implementation.

At this point in time there are no real areas that we dislike about ZoomInfo.

Before Zoom we would spend hours working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator with very little luck making contacts.  ZoomInfo has much of the data that we need, when we need it.  It is updated in real time.  Previously we used the Chain Store Guide for leads.  The problem was that the information was not updated real time.  Many cases the folks had left or were no long in the correct positions.  ZoomInfo's information tends to up current and leads being solid.  It has allowed both my marketing and sales teams the time to speak with the clients.  (as opposed to trying to find leads)

That benefits me by reducing time spent on manual research, improving connect and reply rates, and helping me focus my day on higher-quality opportunities instead of guessing.

Also, setting it up was very simple.

Most people probably know ZoomInfo for finding contact information for targeted prospects but don't stop there.  It becomes significantly more powerful if you put the itme and effort into learing some of the more advanced capabilties, inclusing WebSights, Intent, list management, and Workflows.

Breadth and depth of customer data is outstanding--especially for mid- to large- enterprise organizations.

**What do you dislike about GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo?**

There is a learning curve, and it's difficult to build search results into automations for importing into your CRM, assigning to the current rep or including the the right campaign.

Pricing is not completely transparent--lots of calls to find out if features are included in our plan and/or what is the additional investment to add.

**What problems is GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

#1 use for us is still helping our sales reps build their target lists for outbound prospecting.  

Marketing uses include using Intent data and Websighs to help prioritize marketing programs, add the right accounts to our marketing campaigns, and append incomplete data records.
