My favorite part is all of the intent signals that you can build campaigns around and all the creative ways you can build audiences. Zoominfo has accurate data that integrates with HubSpot well. My customer success team is excellent. They help me with strategy and best practices. It's a tool I use everyday. It's foundational to demand generation, closing deals, and upselling in B2B. I thought the implementation process was easier than most SaaS tech, but still takes some hand-holding from the Zinfo team. They have alot of resources to get started. The dashboards and reporting can be better. If you have Salesforce, it's excellent. HubSpot connection to the reporting is on the roadmap though. There isn’t much I dislike about Chorus, but if I had to pick something, it would be that the transcription isn’t always perfect, especially with overlapping voices or strong accents.
