"Transforms Conversations into Actionable Insights and Boosts Team Performance"
4/5
What do you like best about GTM Studio - Powered by ZoomInfo?

What I appreciate most about Chorus by ZoomInfo is its ability to transform every sales and customer conversation into actionable insights. The platform automatically records, transcribes, and analyzes meetings, which makes it simple to pinpoint key themes, identify coaching opportunities, and recognize effective sales behaviors. It also saves time by offering searchable transcripts and highlighting important moments, while integrating smoothly with ZoomInfo’s data ecosystem. The most valuable feature, in my experience, is the visibility it provides into the factors that drive success. This enables teams to enhance performance, onboard new representatives more quickly, and make informed, data-driven decisions. In summary, Chorus boosts productivity, supports coaching, and improves deal outcomes throughout the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GTM Studio - Powered by ZoomInfo?

What I find frustrating about Chorus by ZoomInfo is that, despite its strong conversation intelligence and analytics features, there are certain drawbacks that can diminish its overall value. Most notably, the cost is extremely high—quotes indicate it can reach into the tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars annually when factoring in licenses, implementation, and the necessary ecosystem requirements. What I like best about ZoomInfo Marketing is how accurately it combines high-quality B2B data with intent signals to reach the right audience at the right time. The ability to target accounts based on real buying intent, firmographics, and technographics makes campaigns far more effective and reduces wasted spend.

I also appreciate the seamless integrations with CRM and marketing automation tools, which help align sales and marketing efforts and make campaign execution and tracking much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Data Insights and Marketing with ZoomInfo"
5/5
What do you like best about GTM Studio - Powered by ZoomInfo?

I really like the infrastructure that ZoomInfo Marketing has added. It's almost become a hub of many different things, from contact data to marketing intent data. They add so much information about who our customer is, which allows us to reach out to them sooner and bring more customers to our business. It saves us from having to have licenses with multiple different vendors because ZoomInfo Marketing is almost an all-in-one platform. We can do marketing messaging, sales messaging, contact information, intent data, and see website traffic all in one suite for the whole go-to-market function team. The setup was super easy too. What do you dislike about GTM Studio - Powered by ZoomInfo?

I don't like the login process. It logs me out most days when I'm using the tab on an external website. I wish it would keep me logged in for longer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the quick summaries of my calls, which make it easier to review important points. The initial setup was very smooth and straightforward. I also find the 'search transcript' feature very valuable for locating specific parts of the calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
