## Zoom Workplace Reviews
  ### 1. Helpful AI Feature with Easy Onboarding and Great UI/UX

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Upasana D. | Student Researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The new AI feature is very helpful in case one zones out or if the conversation gets too technical. Downloading and onboarding on the app is also pretty easy, good design and UI/UX and has become a standardised tool all over the world.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Pricing for the premium version is a bit much for students though and the 45-minute cap on the free version should be removed. It's not very well integrated with linux systems too, as well it is in Macs.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The number of features Zoom Workplace has is impressive. It has helped clients across hiring, interviews, friendly catchups and so on.

  ### 2. Seamless Integrations Enhance Virtual Meetings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor F. | Mid-Market Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I really like how integrated Zoom Workplace is with my existing tech stack. It integrates with HubSpot, Google Calendar, and Gong, making it really easy and seamless to use. The integration with HubSpot is helpful for scheduling meetings, while the Google integration simplifies calendar events by allowing me to add a Zoom link easily. The Gong integration automatically connects with Zoom, pushing over the Zoom call and analyzing it, which is really helpful. Overall, these integrations make Zoom Workplace work really well for me.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes I feel like it's hard to see everything someone is showing over screenshare, like when they're showing a software platform and I'm trying to read text. It would be nice if the technology auto-zoomed in for me into areas someone who was speaking was focusing on.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps me avoid in-person meetings and phone calls, allowing me to connect with more people globally. It's integrated with my tech stack like HubSpot, Google Calendar, and Gong, making it seamless and easy to use.

  ### 3. review of Zoom

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

when we are in conference it is very important to be able to send messages At the same time that you are in a video conference because in the event that any user has problems with audio or needs to clarify doubts, they can do it easily. I also liked how the administrator of a meeting can just create the video-room and just wait for others to join (unlike some other video conferencing tools where you need to ring and wait for the first person to hang up in order to begin the call).

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

its software has been constantly updated, thus generating an improvement of 80% of said failure, which keeps its users happy, generating points in reliability.organizations or people who do not use it frequently would have to pay membership to use it longer and that would be a problem since that we need to connect with them and if it is not their usual videoconferencing program, it would be inconvenient since it would be an unnecessary expense for them.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

of the main ones is videoconferencing, since they are of very good quality and offer many useful tools to develop strategies more effectively. In addition to communication with other people who are not geographically close to us.Maximum clarity and focus on meetings. The use of the virtual board is very timely to draw or reinforce the above.

  ### 4. Centralized Solution with AI Enhancements, Needs User-Friendliness Boost

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos F. | Front Office Reconciliations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I appreciate having all the functionalities of Zoom Workplace in one place, which allows me and my team to get the tools and things we need from the same place. One feature I like is the artificial intelligence, as it generates a recap of meetings, so we don't have to manually write minutes. The chat intelligence suggests responses we should have on the chat, making it easy to respond with one click. The follow-up features are also pretty useful. Additionally, I believe the initial setup of Zoom Workplace was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think Zoom Workplace could be more user-friendly. People in the corporate world are used to Teams and Microsoft Office, which are super intuitive and user-friendly. I believe that if Zoom Workplace had a better structure, it could really improve in being intuitive. For people less familiar with technology, Zoom Workplace is a bit less user-friendly.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to have all the functionalities of Zoom in one place, making it practical for my team to access the tools we need together from the same place.

  ### 5. Zoom Workplace Brings the Spanish World into Our Classroom

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea H. | Founder and lead teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I teach Spanish using Zoom Workplace every day. We use Zoom to connect and learn. My colleague joins us from a South American country. We love to use breakout rooms for students to have personalized practice time in small groups.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

There are times when we can't hear each other because our voices cut off. Sometimes we cut the video and that helps. Other times we just repeat until the data catches up.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because of Zoom Workplace, I'm able to teach families from multiple states, bring a native speaker to our classroom from his own country, share slides, videos, and online novels. I'm able to develop this live interactive business from my own home. We're building human connection and real relationships that we are taking into the real world. I pay an annual price for the service that pays for itself multiple times over.

  ### 6. Seamless Communication and Collaboration Hub

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ravi t. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I really like how Zoom Workplace integrates everything into a single platform. I don't need separate tools for meetings, chat, and collaboration, which makes things much easier for me. The video and audio quality are consistently reliable, even with large teams. Screen sharing is smooth, which works well for demos and technical discussions. The recording and meeting summary features are especially useful as I can revisit discussions anytime without relying on notes, reducing miscommunication. Another aspect I appreciate is the ease of scheduling and calendar integration, which removes back-and-forth coordination and keeps meetings organized. Sharing my screen and communication are both smoother compared to Google Meet. Setting up the environment is also very easy and quick, with just a link we can access the meeting and easily enter it.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One issue with Zoom Workplace is that the interface can feel cluttered as more features are added. It sometimes takes extra effort to find specific settings or tools, especially for new users. The chat feature is functional but not as strong as dedicated tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams. Thread management needs improvement, as conversations get messy because replies are not as structured or easy to track.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of scattered communication and inefficient collaboration by centralizing meetings, chat, and file sharing. It reduces context switching and saves time, while keeping everyone organized with integrated scheduling and calendar features.

  ### 7. Zoom Workplace: Easy to use and with integrated tools for more agile work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raúl S. | PPC Account Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is to use on a daily basis. The interface is quite clear and in a few minutes you can organize a meeting, share your screen, or invite someone external without having to configure too many things. Additionally, the audio and video quality tends to be quite stable even when there are many participants on the call.

Another point I value a lot is that it integrates several tools in one place: meetings, team chat, calendar, and document collaboration. This avoids having to jump between different applications and makes work more agile, especially when working with distributed or remote teams.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like least about Zoom Workplace is that when many of its features are used at once (chat, meetings, integrated apps, etc.), the interface can feel a bit cluttered and sometimes it's hard to quickly find some options. Additionally, on older devices or with many applications open, the resource consumption can be somewhat high.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace primarily helps to solve communication and coordination problems when working with teams that are not in the same location. It allows you to organize quick meetings, share your screen to review documents or campaigns in real-time, and maintain chat conversations without having to rely solely on email.

In my case, the greatest benefit is that it greatly speeds up communication with clients and colleagues. Instead of exchanging several emails to explain something, you can make a quick call, show what you're seeing on the screen, and resolve it in a few minutes. This makes meetings more productive and decision-making faster.

  ### 8. Effortless Connectivity, Highly Recommended

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra M. | Quality Engagement Specialist, Hospital & Health Care, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I use Zoom Workplace primarily for making Zoom calls outside my company, and I really like how it helps connect with people outside of my company. The ease of using Zoom Workplace is something I appreciate, as it's easy to use, easy to log on, and makes it simple for people to see each other, connect, and chat to keep the dialogue going. The initial setup was also easy, which adds to its overall convenience.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

N/A - everything is great love this program

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps me connect easily with people outside my company. It's simple to use, log on, and facilitates seeing people, connecting, chatting, and keeping dialogue.

  ### 9. Seamless, Reliable Meetings in a Clean All-in-One Collaboration Hub

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** YASWANTH REDDY S. | Associate Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I really appreciate how seamless it feels to use. The interface is clean and intuitive, so I don’t waste time figuring out where things are. Meetings start quickly, and the video/audio quality is consistently reliable. I also love that it’s not just about meetings anymore—features like Team Chat, Whiteboard, and integrations with other tools make it feel like a complete collaboration hub rather than just a video call app.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes the sheer number of features can feel overwhelming, especially for new users. It takes a bit of time to discover everything and figure out what’s most useful for your workflow. Also, while Zoom has improved a lot with hybrid work tools, switching between devices (like laptop to mobile) could be smoother

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s solving the challenge of staying connected with colleagues and collaborators across different locations. Instead of juggling multiple apps for chat, meetings, and brainstorming, Zoom Workplace brings them together in one place. That reduces friction and makes teamwork more natural, even when people are remote.

  ### 10. Zoom the Meeting with Zoom Meeting.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aman R. | Senior Software Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

One feature I really like in Zoom Workplace is AI Companion. It automatically summarizes meetings, captures action items, and helps draft follow-up messages, which saves a lot of time and ensures nothing important is missed. Zoom has also been expanding it with more proactive capabilities, such as scheduling assistance, note-taking across different meeting platforms, and contextual search across workplace content.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Another improvement I appreciate is the tighter integration of chat, docs, mail, calendar, and meetings into a single workspace, reducing the need to switch between multiple applications.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Private chat can be done quicker have to select the recipient's name, and we are done.

  ### 11. Seamless Virtual Meetings with User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lizbeth M. | Social work, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I think Zoom Workplace is super user-friendly and the format is great. Almost all of the tools are laid out intuitively underneath, so the screen isn't cluttered with other applications. I like the tool that lets me not see everybody's screen, which helps me focus on the people I need to listen to. The initial setup was extremely easy and very familiar, so there was no difficulty in getting started.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I wouldn't say it's a personal issue because I use it under my job description, but the fact that you can't surpass a certain amount of team meeting time or that would be, like, an additional feature that you do have to pay for.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace eliminates the inconvenience of going into the office for single meetings and allows staff to easily come together and share ideas in a more accessible way.

  ### 12. Reliable, Easy All-in-One Collaboration Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

It's an all in one collaboration platform that brings together meeting, chat, scheduling and productivity tools in one single experience. Zoom excels in reliability and ease of use. Hosting is easy with options for screen sharing, recording, and chat that make collaborative smooth and effective .

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Branding and customization for webinars - while you can add logos and basic branding, the experience feels "zoom branded" rather than white labeled. Would be nice to have more flexibility with customizing registration pages, emails and the live webinar interface.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of fragmented communication and event hosting by giving me one single platform and centralizes video calls, screen sharing, chat and presentations into one place. It solves our other challenge of delvering webinars to large audiences, control the environment and engage participants through Q&A, chat, polls. Price is also at a good point,

  ### 13. Functional and Easy to Use, Ideal for Virtual Events

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Berlianny I. | General Services and Recruitment Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like that Zoom Workplace is easier to use than any other video call platform. I appreciate the recording functionality, the best audio and video, and the connectivity with other programs. I also find the ability to hold virtual events and take international classes remotely very valuable. It's remarkable how it offers more functionalities than the integrated video calls of other systems. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I believe the free account should be able to handle meetings of up to 60 minutes instead of 45 minutes. Have more features available in the web version and be able to record with the free version.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace allows me to organize virtual events and take international classes remotely with more features than other platforms. It is easy to use, offers better audio, video, and connectivity with other programs.

  ### 14. Simple, Dependable Meetings with Clear Audio/Video and All-in-One Scheduling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ROBIN S. | Swe, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like most is how simple and dependable it is. Meetings start on time, the audio and video quality are clear, and I don’t have to worry about tech issues. I also like that chat, meetings, and scheduling are all in one place, which saves a lot of time. Even people who aren’t very tech-savvy can use it without much trouble.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

There are a lot of features, which is great, but it can feel a little confusing at first. Some tools are hidden in menus, so it takes time to find everything. Also, some of the more useful features are only available on paid plans, which can be frustrating if you’re on a budget.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of poor communication, especially for remote or hybrid teams. It brings everyone together in one space, so meetings, messages, and collaboration don’t feel scattered. For me, it means fewer misunderstandings, quicker discussions, and staying connected with my team even when we’re not in the same office.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

  ### 17. Unified Solution, Strong Video, Needs UI Refinement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Filip K. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I really like the AI companion feature in Zoom Workplace. It's like having a meeting summary with intelligent chapters, such as for budget discussions or action items. This feature allows me to join a meeting late and catch up on what happened without interrupting anyone, which is a game changer when I'm switching between meetings with a full calendar. Additionally, I find Zoom Workplace solves issues of meeting amnesia and connection stability, along with automated note-taking and low bandwidth reliability. I appreciate that it consolidates tools like team chat and whiteboarding into one app, helping us save money on separate licenses for apps like Miro or Slack. Its integration with Google Calendar is essential, offering a one-click join experience, and I like how we can automatically log meeting recordings and transcripts into client CRM profiles with HubSpot.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think the UI clutter is a problem. They keep adding buttons for apps, whiteboards, notes, clips, and a catalog. The interface feels overwhelming compared to the clean simplicity of the original Zoom. So I think the interface could be improved. I mean, just simplify the pre-meeting experience. Currently, when I open Zoom, I'm bombarded with a home dashboard full of calendars, notes, and chats. Sometimes, I just want a big new meeting button to just start.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to solve meeting amnesia and connection stability. It has automated note-taking, low bandwidth reliability, and tool consolidation, so everything is in one app. This saves money on separate licenses for tools like Miro or Slack.

  ### 18. Cost-Effective and Feature-Rich, but UI Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pavan Kalyan P. | Salesforce CPQ Admin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I think Zoom Workplace is good. It's great for meetings and webinars. I really like how easy it is for any participant to join a meeting just by sharing the link. It's a great feature. Zoom Workplace is good at screen sharing, and the clarity is very impressive. The whiteboard in meetings where we can take notes and draw is very useful, and the transcription service helps a lot too. I like that I can mute participants and that an admin has the control to end meetings, which is another great feature. The onboarding process was easy and comfortable, and it's affordable. Many features are there, making Zoom a good choice.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

For me, Zoom Workplace is good, but the only thing is, compared to Microsoft Teams, the UI is kind of less accessible and not as easy. I think if Zoom focuses on improving the UI and making the buttons more accessible, it could be better.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Zoom Workplace excellent for screen sharing and clear communication. Participants can join meetings with just a link, without needing specific domain emails, enhancing accessibility.

  ### 19. Stable video calls and AI that summarizes meetings: simple, fast, and saves time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jerly T. | Diseñador Freelance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I highlight the most is the stability of the video calls and how easy it is to join a meeting with just one click. I really like the screen sharing feature and the new AI tools that summarize what was discussed in the meeting, which saves me a lot of time taking notes.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes, the free version feels limited by the 40-minute limit, which forces long meetings to restart. I would also like the resource consumption on the computer to be a bit lower when using virtual backgrounds or advanced filters.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace has allowed me to eliminate the barriers of distance both in my training and in my work meetings. It solves the problem of lack of presence by offering a stable video connection and real-time collaboration tools, such as screen sharing and the use of virtual whiteboards. The greatest benefit is the time saved on commuting and the ease of recording sessions, which allows me to review important information later and improve my daily productivity.

I like being able to schedule meetings in advance and how seamlessly Zoom Workplace integrates with our Outlook. It’s also really helpful to have a registration link for meetings. Moreover, Zoom Workplace is just much more user-friendly and seamless compared to Microsoft Teams, where there was more lag. The processing on Zoom is very easy, and the initial setup was very easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Everything is great.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace is user-friendly and integrates with Outlook, allowing us to schedule meetings with ease and provide registration links. It processes quickly, unlike Microsoft Teams, which had more lag. It makes meeting setup seamless and effortless.

The best advantage to me has been the reliability and quality of video conferences and telephone calls. It also removes the need to toggle between applications, which reduces time and interferes less with workflow. Overall, it has greatly facilitated team connectivity and productivity.

  ### 22. Seamless Integration and Powerful AI Recording—But UI Varies Across Devices

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel D. | Telecom Advisory Board, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Seamless integration to rest of tech stack. Ability to provide quality video and audio, and also record, transcribe, feed to AI are all invaluable for sales

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Seems like different users get different experience ... for instance, my participants cannot always easily find the "share" or "mute" buttons, and when I tell them where to look the buttons may not be in the same place. Probably depending upon device or browser

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me remember all call details
Sometimes the devil is in the details and I cannot recall every nuance of every call. Being able to lean back on the recordings is huge!

**Reviewed by:** Ishita B. | Chief of Staff, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I find Zoom Workplace to be an incredible tool for our company all-hands meetings. It allows a bunch of us to get on a call together, react to presentations, and chat all in one place, which is pretty convenient for such meetings. I also like that you can put a spotlight on the person who's talking. I really appreciate the ability to create individual private chat groups with specific people during a Zoom meeting, so we don't have to message everyone else on the call. The initial setup was pretty easy, just had to set up an account, and it's very easy to navigate through, so I didn't really face any challenges. Overall, it's a great app or platform.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

A lot of times, it gets a little tricky to start a meeting because although I have the Zoom app on my laptop, it somehow redirects through the browser when I click on the link. It's weird that despite having the Zoom app on my laptop, I get redirected to the browser. I still don't understand why that happens, so maybe that's something for you guys to look into.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for all-hands meetings. It allows us to get on a call together, react to presentations, chat in one place, and spotlight speakers, making it a convenient tool for meetings.

  ### 29. Great tool for keeping work organized

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It fixes the issue of losing track of what was decided in meetings. With the automated summaries, I don't have to rely on my memory or messy notes anymore. It benefits me by giving me a clear action plan right after a call, so I can just get to work.

  ### 30. Zoom Workplace Unifies Meetings, Chat, Phone, and AI—Reliable and Easy to Adopt

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ste P. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I Like Best About Zoom Workplace
The standout feature of Zoom Workplace is its ability to seamlessly unify video meetings, team chat, phone, and whiteboard spaces into a single platform. It significantly reduces app-switching fatigue and keeps team communication centralized.
The interface is clean, intuitive, and highly familiar. Navigating between your calendar, active chats, and upcoming meetings feels natural, making it easy for users of all technical skill levels to adapt instantly.
It boasts an excellent ecosystem. Zoom Workplace integrates effortlessly with major productivity suites like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, as well as a wide variety of project management and CRM tools.
Unmatched reliability. The platform consistently delivers stable, high-definition video and crisp audio with very low latency, even in less-than-ideal bandwidth conditions.
It absolutely feels like you get your money's worth. Because it bundles meetings, team chat, and AI capabilities into one package, it allows you to consolidate software and stop paying for separate standalone apps. This makes the overall return on investment very strong.
Onboarding is virtually frictionless since most users already know how to use Zoom. For team deployment, the admin portal is straightforward, backed by a comprehensive knowledge base and responsive support channels.
The built-in Zoom AI Companion is a massive time-saver. It actively boosts productivity by generating highly accurate meeting summaries, answering questions if you join a meeting late, and helping draft chat responses—all seamlessly built into the workflow.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

While Zoom Workplace is packed with features, its ambition to be an "all-in-one" hub has caused it to lose some of the lightweight simplicity that made the original Zoom so popular. It can sometimes feel bloated if you only need a basic meeting tool.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace primarily solves the problems of app overload, fragmented communication, and meeting fatigue in hybrid or remote work environments. In the past, collaborating meant jumping between separate apps for team chat, video calls, calendar management, and digital whiteboarding. By unifying all of these tools into one centralized hub, Zoom Workplace saves me a significant amount of time and mental energy. I can now seamlessly escalate a text-based team chat directly into a quick video huddle without breaking my focus or switching windows.

  ### 31. AI-Powered Productivity Boost with Smart Meeting Summaries

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The standout feature for me is how Zoom Workplace uses AI to improve productivity. From summarizing meetings to helping draft messages and follow-ups, it takes care of a lot of routine tasks so you can focus on actual work.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Very little to dislike; if anything, the growing number of features can make the interface feel a bit complex.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the key problems it solves is the amount of time spent on routine tasks and coordination. With AI-powered features like meeting summaries, scheduling, and task management, it reduces manual effort and helps focus on more meaningful work. This improves overall productivity and streamlines workflows.

  ### 32. Quick, Clean Calls with AI Meeting Summaries That Keep Work Moving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sree K. | Software Development Engineer in Test III, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like most is how easy it is to jump into a call and just get work done. For client meetings, it feels quick and clean: join links work, audio and video are steady most of the time, screen sharing is crisp, and I’m not hunting around for hidden buttons. Setting it up on a new machine is painless too—I sign in and I’m good to go, so I don’t lose an afternoon fiddling with settings. Day to day, it’s simply convenient. I can move through back-to-back calls and it keeps up without drama, which really matters when clients are waiting.

The feature set covers what I need without feeling bloated. Recordings, transcripts, chat, reactions, a waiting room, a basic whiteboard, and polls when we need them—it’s all there, and it behaves the way I expect. The AI summarize feature is honestly a win for me: the meeting ends and I can pull a clean MOM to share, assign owners, and move on to the next task. I also like that the recap sits with the recording, so anyone who missed the call can catch up quickly without me having to write a long email. The support docs and help articles are decent as well; when I get stuck, there’s usually an answer that gets me unstuck fast.

Integrations have gotten better, too. The latest update that pulls in my official Google Calendar meetings is a plus—now everything just shows up, and joining is one click from the calendar view. Scheduling is straightforward, recurring invites behave, and links don’t break when we tweak details. It also plays nicely with email and files: sharing a cloud recording or a transcript link is simple, and the permissions make sense so clients can access what they need without jumping through a dozen hoops. I’m in it most workdays for client calls, standups, and quick syncs, and it keeps the flow calm.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

My only real dislike is the mic noise cancellation. It’s not quite on par with a few other tools I’ve used that have stronger voice isolation, so loud fans or keyboard clacks can still leak through at times, and I end up muting more than I’d like. It’s not a dealbreaker—just a bit of friction I notice on busier days.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace takes a lot of the coordination headache out of client meetings. I can send invites, have calendars pick them up automatically, and joining is basically one click. Everyone gets into the room without fuss, even when they’re outside our org. Screen sharing, recordings, and transcripts help ensure decisions and demos are captured, and the AI summary cuts down the time I spend turning a call into a clean MOM with owners and next steps. That alone saves me a bunch of small minutes every week.

It also improves follow-ups and visibility. Cloud recordings and summaries are easy to share in the same thread where we’re already working, so handing off to a teammate is smooth and we don’t lose context. The tool stays stable even across long sessions, breakout rooms are useful when we need to split up a client workshop, and the straightforward scheduling helps keep a predictable rhythm. The net result is less time wrestling with logistics, faster decisions after a call, and a calmer workflow because the pieces fit together without me having to glue them by hand.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes the setup can be complex. Not the full setup, but when I want to join a Zoom call from a link, it opens the application when I prefer it to open in a browser. It becomes difficult to cancel the app and use the browser. An option to join using the browser would be helpful.

I use Zoom Workplace as a comprehensive platform for team communication. I appreciate its versatility, not just for meetings, but also for features like breakout rooms and screen sharing. The breakout rooms allow large meetings to be split, which is invaluable for presentation walkthroughs. The integrated chats let participants ask questions easily. These features help in keeping remote or hybrid teams connected.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I have had some bandwidth and performance issues with Zoom Workplace. Video and audio quality sometimes drop, and it uses a lot of data.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to keep remote or hybrid teams connected. It helps in splitting large meetings with breakout rooms and allows participants to ask questions through chats, making it invaluable for presentation walkthroughs.

  ### 47. Seamless Integration, Effortless Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt L. | Senior Vice President Fluid Studios, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I appreciate how Zoom Workplace integrates with my email, allowing me to set up calendar invites with my personal Zoom Workplace room already integrated. I love the way it connects my personal meeting room directly to my company and seamlessly integrates with my calendar so every invite I send automatically includes my personal meeting room. The integration with other platforms like Circle Back is also great, especially for the AI notetaking feature that joins all my meetings and keeps notes. The initial setup was very simple for our entire organization.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

If I had the ability to allow other team members to start meetings in my personal meeting room, that would be great in case I can’t join a meeting that I have set up. Currently when I set up a meeting, I can’t have anyone else start that meeting if it’s on my personal meeting room. So if I’m unable to join the meeting, the meeting cannot be started.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to easily set up meetings with internal team members and clients. Its integration with my email and calendar simplifies calendar invites and ensures my personal meeting room is automatically included. The Circle Back integration helps with AI notetaking during meetings.

  ### 48. Zoom Workplace Makes Online Learning Easy with One-Click Meetings and Clear Audio

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** banty m. | Designer & Software , Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is that it is very easy to use. I can join meetings with just one click. The video and sound quality are good, so I can understand my teachers clearly. It helps me attend online classes from home. I also like that I can chat, share screen, and record classes. Zoom makes online learning simple and comfortable for students like me.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that sometimes the network problem creates disturbance in class. The video or sound may stop in between. If internet is slow, it becomes difficult to understand the lesson. Also, long meetings can make me feel tired. Sometimes the free version has time limits, which is also a problem.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace is solving the problem of distance. Even if teachers and students are in different places, we can still attend classes online. It helps when schools are closed or when we cannot go outside. Because of Zoom, I can continue my studies from home without missing classes. It also saves travel time and makes learning easier and more comfortable for me.

  ### 49. Seamless AI Helper That Makes Note-Taking and Tuition Questions Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam Octavian D. | Tutor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I do love the new AI helper, as it helps take notes and also can quickly help with questions linked to my tuition. I do like also how seamless it is, everytime the quality has been great

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think it is a bit clunky with too many tools now, for example I don't need all these extra whiteboards, just stick to the classic whiteboard.. Also I think it updates too often without asking me if I want the update

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is enabling me to have high quality seamless tutoring sessions and appear professional

  ### 50. Simple, Reliable Communication That Keeps Teams Connected

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Souvik M. | QC Analyst, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I appreciate most is its simplicity and reliability. It keeps communication smooth and straightforward, whether I’m in meetings, chatting, or collaborating in one place. I also like how easy it is to use, even for beginners, so getting started doesn’t feel intimidating. Overall, it helps teams stay connected and productive without unnecessary complications.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think Zoom Workplace offers a lot of useful features, although it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming for new users at first. I’ve also noticed that in low internet conditions, call quality can occasionally be affected. Still, overall it’s a very reliable and efficient platform.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps solve the challenge of remote communication and team coordination. It brings meetings, messaging, and collaboration together in one place, which reduces confusion and saves time. For me, it supports clearer communication, quick discussions, and better understanding through features like screen sharing. Overall, it makes my work more efficient and keeps everyone aligned.
