"Seamless Integration, Excellent Value"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Phone?

I love how Zoom Phone integrates seamlessly with Zoom Chat and Zoom Rooms, making it easy to use all the features together. The ability to use either the desktop client or mobile client is a great boon. I love being able to switch between devices mid-meeting or mid-call, and the feature that shows others if I'm actively on a call or in a meeting, which has been great for time management and avoiding interruptions. The cost savings compared to our previous service were significant, and management is easier. Also, having everything integrated on one platform with Meetings and Chat was a decisive factor. The initial setup was extremely easy with help onboarding from Zoom support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?

The UI is a bit cumbersome. The Admin Portal is constantly changing and you often have to hunt for settings and features that have moved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Crucial Tool for Online Learning with Easy Setup"
4/5
What do you like best about Zoom Phone?

I like that on Zoom Phone we can connect easily. At Zoom, as many as 100 or more can connect, chat, and talk from different places at the same time. A class of 100 students can attend classes online without any problem, which is helpful for studying during the pandemic. It was very easy to set up; you just sign in first from your phone number, add details, and you can schedule meetings. I also use the whiteboard to draw and explain things and the background changer. "Versatile, Cross-Platform Communication Solution with Room for Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Phone?

I usually use Zoom Phone for attending office meetings and college lectures, and it's really helpful. It's convenient, supporting all platforms like my Mac Mini, Android phone, and even my laptop running Linux Ubuntu, with quite simple access. I really like the UI/UX of the overall software. Some features that I find very useful include recording and virtual backgrounds. The recording feature is particularly helpful because sometimes I can't attend meetings with full focus, especially when traveling, so I can record meetings and go through them again later. The virtual background is also useful when I'm not in a professional setting and don't want to share my personal space. The chat feature is very helpful for my team to share notes and important questions about a topic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?

Sometimes I feel lag during meeting call, and latency and I think if Zoom drop some kind a free AI note taking features in future updates that would be really helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Communication, but Costly Add-Ons and Some Call Quality Issues"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Phone?

The most helpful aspect of Zoom Phone is allowing users to seamlessly switch between phone calls, video meetings, and chat within a single application. Its upsides include features like voicemail transcription, secure high-definition audio, simple deployment for remote work, and global calling capabilities. It is also easy to integrate with other business tools, making it a comprehensive solution for modern communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?

The least helpful aspects include potential issues with call quality due to internet dependency, a lack of advanced call management features compared to some competitors, and the high cost of add-ons like international calling. Other downsides can be inconsistent user experience across devices, and the fact that its full functionality is best suited for businesses already committed to the Zoom ecosystem. What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?

One of the major limitation of Zoom phone is that it is not available in all the countries that why we are not able connect with our clients of foreign countries for meetings through video conferencing. Zoom phone is a great tool and work fine like google meet if there is proper internet connection available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Connectivity, Highly Recommended"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Phone?

I use Zoom Phone to connect meetings and interact with people and my team, even if they are in another city or country. I like its features such as the camera and microphone that are enabled by default, making it easier for me to interact with others virtually. This is especially helpful during times like when I was in college and when COVID made virtual teaching necessary, as it helped faculties to teach us effectively. Another feature I like is that when I'm on a normal phone call during a meeting, the meeting is put on hold and doesn't automatically end, unlike Google Meet. So others know I'm on another call and can resume the meeting later. The setup of Zoom Phone was very easy; it's user-friendly and smooth, and I didn't encounter any challenges. "Revolutionized Business Calls with Seamless Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Phone?

I like how Zoom Phone is really helpful for working remotely, as I can make and receive work calls directly on my laptop. Sagar uses the mobile app to stay connected when he's out of the office, which is convenient. My favorite part is the simple interface because it looks just like the normal Zoom app I use for meetings, so I didn't have to learn a new system. The audio quality is usually better than my cellular reception, which gives me more confidence talking to important customers knowing they can hear me clearly. It also saves us a lot of money compared to our old landline provider. Setting it up was pretty straightforward with the intuitive admin portal, allowing me to assign numbers quickly. I love the Google Calendar integration for dialing numbers directly from my schedule without copying and pasting. Connecting it to our Slack channel to get instant missed call notifications is super useful. Overall, it saves us money and makes remote work easier since we don’t need desk phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?

Sometimes it gets really annoying when the app doesn't sync perfectly, so my phone keeps ringing for a few seconds even after I have already picked up the call on my laptop. I also feel like the call quality drops pretty quickly if my internet connection isn't super strong. I really wish they would update the app to recognize faster when a call has been answered on another device so it stops ringing immediately, and for the connection issues, they should definitely add a low bandwidth mode that keeps the voice clear even when the wifi drops for a second.
