The GUI is easy to work with and clients have not run into any issues with it. We have had success utilizing the AI features with summaries. We always set up the client owner account first and none of the default admin roles have all the rights that we as an MSP require to support the client so if we do not manually create a role and add permissions we have to wait for the client to log in as Owner. Specifically to Zoom Phone, I have the ability to make calls from multiple numbers directly from the phone and computer apps. Additionally, I can have calls direct to my personal number as well as my work line, ensuring that I can be reached at all times.

There should be a lighter solo/freelancer plan as well because paying enterprise money for solo calling can be quite expensive. The initial setup was a mix of easy and difficult. Creating the account, getting the number, and installing apps on the laptop and mobile were very easy, but the hard part was call routing, business hours, voicemail rules, and stuff because I didn't actually know what to do here.
