Our employees and external users are comfortable with the software and confident in their ability to use it successfully. This comfort and complete integration has led to a very strong adoption rate among employees. They not only use Zoom because it is a company software, they use it because they want to. Zoom Clips is a convenient system for getting screen captures that has replaced our need for Loom in most instances. **What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?** We don't like Zoom's AI implementation. The AI assistant is forced into the home page and can't be minimized or removed at a user's preference. Additionally, it provides excessively long meeting summaries in paragraph form when users really only want bullet points and outlines. Adding the step of downloading a transcript and then using the AI to convert that into a bulleted outline is a burden on our users that prevents them from being interested in the AI assistant. Otter.ai is a better notetaker. While Zoom clips is easy to use, the lack of a n organizational structure for storage of clips is a problem and source of complaints among our users. **What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zoom workplace solved our Digital meeting space problems during COVID shutdowns and continues to provide ease of scheduling meetings and collaboration with employees who are not always able to make it on site. Interoperability with third party platforms means our Zoom Rooms can let us join Meet and Teams calls easily (though WebEx seems to appear/disappear from the options). Our users do like Zoom's AI generated meeting action items, but they want them summaries to be more succinct. Having a reliable and flexible phone provider helped us transition to VoIP and manage a number of fully remote users. Meetings and screen sharing has also been essential because we don't have the space nor proximity to each other to have physical meetings. ### 28.
