The biggest win for me while using Zoom is having everything under one window with meetings, team chat, phone calls and AI-generated meeting notes all on one platform. Because of this feature alone, I have significantly cut down on bouncing back and forth between all of the various applications to get my day-to-day tasks done.

The AI companion feature has been the most impressive part of this platform for me. It gives meeting summaries automatically, provides highlights of action items from meetings, and goes a long way in helping me find things I would have normally missed while multitasking.

The integration of my Outlook and Google calendars is seamless, and integrating other tools like Asana or Jira is very simple.

I think sometimes, there's connection issues. Usually, I don't really face things, and I'm really satisfied with the app. But I think the login issue is also there that I get signed out randomly when I'm using Zoom every day. I don't need to sign in every day. Sometimes I just automatically get signed out from the device, and I think I don't want that. Because if I schedule a meeting and I'm opening the Zoom and I am not logged in or I'm running late, I don't want that my Zoom is not signed in.
