"Zoom Workplace Unifies Meetings, Chat, and File Sharing with Reliable Quality"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it brings communication and collaboration into one platform. It makes it easy to switch between meetings, chat, and file sharing without needing multiple tools. The video and audio quality are generally reliable, and features like screen sharing, recording, and breakout rooms make it very effective for both team collaboration and client interactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming with so many features packed into one platform. Performance can occasionally lag, especially on lower-end devices or with poor internet connections. Additionally, managing notifications across chat and meetings can become distracting, and some advanced features require a paid plan, which may not be ideal for smaller teams. "Reliable Meetings and Effortless Screen Sharing with Zoom Workplace"
4/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how reliable it is for day-to-day meetings, especially when I’m working across different teams or with clients. I mainly use it for scheduled calls, quick check-ins, and screen sharing when I’m walking someone through a report or dataset, and it generally works smoothly without issues.

Screen sharing is one of the most useful features for me. When I’m reviewing a Power BI report or explaining something in Excel, it’s simple to share my screen and talk through it in real time, rather than sending a bunch of back-and-forth messages.

It’s also fast to join meetings. Most of the time you can just click a link and you’re in, which makes things easier when working with external stakeholders who may not be using the same tools.

The audio and video quality stay consistent, even on longer calls, which really helps when meetings turn into more detailed discussions.

Overall, Zoom Workplace has made it easier for me to communicate clearly, especially with more technical work where it’s better to show something than try to explain it in text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

One thing I’ve noticed is that meetings can feel a bit fragmented when multiple chats, reactions, and screen shares are happening at the same time. It can be slightly distracting, especially in more detailed sessions where you’re trying to stay focused on the content being presented.

I’ve also found that if the connection isn’t stable, the audio can briefly drop out or lag. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, it can interrupt the flow of the discussion.

Another point is that managing several meetings in a single day can start to feel repetitive, particularly when you’re switching between links, dealing with waiting rooms, and adjusting to different meeting setups. It’s not a major issue, but it does add a bit of friction over time.

Overall, these aren’t deal breakers—just small things you tend to notice when you use it consistently for work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Easy Meetings and Smooth Remote Collaboration in Zoom Workplace"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

Zoom Workplace makes it easy to run meetings, collaborate with teammates, and communicate with clients from one place. I like that it is reliable, simple to join, and works well across devices. Features like screen sharing, recordings, chat, calendar integrations, and breakout rooms help make remote collaboration smoother and more productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Zoom Workplace can sometimes feel overloaded with too many features beyond basic meetings. Audio, video, or connection quality can still vary depending on the network, and managing settings, permissions, recordings, and notifications is not always intuitive. The desktop app can also feel heavy at times, especially when running alongside other work tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Collaboration App with Intuitive UI and Helpful AI Summaries"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What I love most is having everything—meetings, team chats, and shared docs—in one single app. Its integration with common work tools makes collaboration smoother, without constant app-switching. Performance is generally stable with good call quality, and the price feels reasonable for the value it delivers. Onboarding is quick, support is reliable, and the built-in AI features like meeting summaries actually make work easier. The interface is incredibly intuitive, so I never have to waste time troubleshooting for myself or others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

With so many new integrations and AI tools being added, the integration can occasionally feel a bit crowded. I'd love to see more customization options to hide features I don't use daily, just keep the performance and layout feeling a bit more minimal and focused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Meetings with Clear Audio/Video and Easy One-Click Links"
4/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

Zoom Workplace is incredibly reliable for daily meetings. The audio and video quality remain clear even on slower internet connections. I love how simple it is to generate a quick link and jump into a meeting with external clients without any technical lag or complex setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

While the performance is generally solid during standard video calls, the application can become quite heavy on system resources during massive company-wide webinars, occasionally causing my computer lag. Additionally, the UI/UX can feel a bit cluttered due to frequent updates adding new tabs I rarely use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient, User-Friendly, and Reliable Collaboration Platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I like Zoom Workplace for its ease of use and reliability. It's great that it combines video meetings, team chat, phone, calendar, whiteboards, and AI-powered meeting summaries all in one platform, which really boosts collaboration efficiency. The audio and video quality are consistently good, and screen sharing is seamless. I appreciate how well it integrates with other business tools, helping our team stay productive whether we're working remotely or in the office. It's simple for remote and hybrid teams to connect and collaborate in real time. I also find the interface easy to navigate, and meetings are quick to join. The integration with other productivity tools we use, like Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar, is another big plus, making the workflow smoother. The transition from Microsoft Teams to Zoom Workplace was smooth, and it offers a more reliable meeting experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

I find that the desktop application can sometimes use a significant amount of system resources during long meetings. AI features and advanced capabilities are often limited to higher-tier plans, making them less accessible for smaller teams. The interface can also feel a bit cluttered as more features are added, making it harder for new users to find certain settings. Additionally, I think improving dashboard customization, notification management, and providing more flexible meeting controls would further enhance the overall user experience. "Most reliable and smooth, works well even on low internet"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

We are using the Zoom workspace for internal meetings, client discussions, and compliance-related interactions. Access to the workspace is restricted to authorized users, and we are assigning roles and permissions based on job responsibilities.

For meetings where sensitive or client information is discussed, we are using security features such as waiting room, meeting passwords, and controlled screen sharing. Wherever recording is required, we are ensuring that it is stored securely with limited access, in line with our internal AML and data protection policies.

We are not using Zoom for any financial transactions or for storing sensitive customer financial data. Any confidential information shared during meetings is kept to a minimum and handled as per regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

We are periodically reviewing the usage of the Zoom workspace to ensure it is aligned with AML guidelines and internal policies. If any gaps or risks are identified, we are taking appropriate corrective actions.

Overall, we are using the Zoom workspace in a controlled manner with necessary safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, data leakage, or misuse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Sometimes it feels like security depends too much on how the meeting is set up by the user. If settings like password or waiting room are not used properly, there can be risk of unwanted people joining.

Also, people may accidentally share screen or discuss sensitive information without realizing, so from compliance side we need to be careful.

Recording storage and where the data is saved is also not always very clear, so we have to monitor that properly.

Overall, it is useful for meetings, but we need to use it carefully from security and compliance point of view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Large Calls and Views, but Chat History and Google Integration Fall Short"
3/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

You can host very large calls without sacrificing quality. I like the different views you can use without disrupting the call, such as switching from the presenter’s screen to the tile views. I also appreciate the threaded chat conversations and how easy it is to share files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

I don’t like that it’s a third-party tool I have to link into my native Google tools when I already have Google Meet. We’ve started using Zoom only for our company-wide calls, because G-meet covers our regular day-to-day needs. I also don’t like that you lose whatever conversations happened in the chats, since they’re usually lively and it’s frustrating not to be able to refer back to them. "Worth the Money: Easy Recording and Unlimited Calls for Team Connection"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

We started using this during COVID and it helped our team stay connected and then used it after that for team meetings, coaching calls, training, etc. It is so nice that there isn't a time limit on calls and how easy it is to record meetings and trainings for future reference. Worth the money for our team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Since our team utilizes and pays for Google Workspace, Zoom is an added cost that we don't necessarily need to be paying for, but we still do. Every so often there is a sound or video issue but that is to be expected I guess. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
