"Zoom Workplace: Smooth Collaboration But Room for Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I like many things about Zoom Workplace, but what I appreciate most is how easy it is to use, along with its clear video and audio quality. I also rely on features like screen sharing, chat, video recording, and workflow meetings, which help keep communication smooth and professional. Zoom Workplace makes it easier for me to connect with people remotely and supports better communication and productivity overall.

Screen sharing helps me explain ideas more clearly, chat enables quick communication, and recording lets me review meetings later. The high-quality video and audio also make discussions and decisions feel more effective and professional. Setup was very fast and straightforward, which makes the platform especially user-friendly for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

One area Zoom Workplace could improve is the occasional connectivity or audio issues that come up during meetings, especially on weekends. It would also help if the app strengthened its background noise reduction and made certain features more intuitive and easier for new users to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best is how it brings everything into one place. The video and audio quality are consistently reliable, but the real standout for me is the AI Companion. It’s incredibly helpful for generating quick meeting summaries and action items, which saves me a ton of time on follow-ups and keeps the whole team on the same page. "Intuitive, Reliable, and Feature-Rich for Effective Collaboration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I mainly use Zoom Workplace for official team meetings, client discussions, and project collaboration, and it really helps with communication barriers for remote work by allowing smooth real-time collaboration with team members and clients worldwide. I love that it saves time and travel costs, simplifies screen and document sharing, and keeps track of meeting key points through automated summaries. The platform is extremely user-friendly and reliable, with high audio and video clarity that stays stable even with multiple participants. Screen sharing is very smooth, and I appreciate features like interactive whiteboards, breakout rooms for group discussions, and the AI Companion for meeting summaries, which have made our workflow significantly faster and more organized. The initial setup was very straightforward and easy, taking just a few minutes and requiring almost no technical help. I also integrate it with Google Calendar, Slack, and Google Drive or OneDrive, which enhances my productivity. I would highly recommend Zoom Workplace because of its video stability and useful collaboration features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

I find the 40-minute limit on the free version a major drawback for having longer, unstructured discussions. Additionally, when working on a weaker mobile connection, the video occasionally freezes or drops in quality. The user interface has also become a bit busy recently with so many integrated tools, which can feel slightly overwhelming for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless All-in-One Communication with Reliable Call Quality"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What stands out most about Zoom Workplace is how seamlessly it brings everything together video meetings, chat, calendar, and file sharing into a single platform, so we’re not constantly juggling separate apps. Call quality has been consistently reliable for us, even with larger groups, and tools like breakout rooms, screen sharing, and AI-generated meeting summaries make collaboration feel much smoother. It’s also straightforward to onboard new team members because the interface is intuitive and doesn’t take much training to get comfortable with. Overall, Zoom Workplace has become a central part of how our team communicates day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

The biggest drawback I’ve run into is that some of the more advanced features such as certain AI tools and expanded cloud-recording storage are locked behind higher-tier plans. As a team grows, those upgrades can start to add up. I’ve also occasionally noticed minor lag or audio sync issues on calls with a large number of participants, although it doesn’t happen often. On top of that, the platform includes so many features that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for people who only need the core video-conferencing functionality. "Quick, Reliable Meetings Anywhere with Zoom Workplace"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What is most helpful about Zoom Workplace is the ability to create a meeting quickly and know that everyone can attend no matter where they are. Often times when my President is traveling, she is able to take meetings when she has down time at an airport or whatever time zone she finds herself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

At times we have experienced higher prices for a meeting that is too large or larger than our usual meetings. And the ability for attendees to share the link and let people into a meeting that they may not have been invited to for a reason. I know we have the option to monitor and let people into a meeting but if you're running the meeting you get distracted with monitoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, User-Friendly Communication and Collaboration in One Place"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is that it keeps communication simple while still giving you everything you need in one place.

It’s very reliable: meetings run smoothly, and even with weaker internet it usually stays stable. The interface is also easy to navigate, so scheduling, joining calls, and sharing your screen don’t feel complicated, even for new users.

I also appreciate that it goes beyond basic video calls. Features like chat, recordings, and whiteboards make collaboration easier, especially when you need to revisit past discussions or keep everyone aligned.

Overall, it’s a dependable, user-friendly tool that helps remote and hybrid work feel seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

One thing I don’t love about Zoom Workplace is that, even though it offers a lot of features, it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming. With chat, meetings, whiteboards, and other tools all in one place, the interface can end up feeling cluttered, and it takes time to fully get used to everything.

Another downside is that performance can occasionally dip, especially in large meetings or when multiple features—like screen sharing and recordings—are running at the same time. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, it can interrupt the flow of a meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Additionally, I can take quizzes, and students write their answers in the chat, which also works well during office hours with colleagues. I appreciate that I can record meetings and easily send these recordings if someone misses anything, making it very convenient. Overall, connecting with students and colleagues is kind of very easy, which I find really beneficial for my classes and virtual office needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
