"Centralized Diagnostics and AI Recaps That Streamline Major-Incident Response"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

Centralized Diagnostics brings video, chat, and phone into a single pane of glass, which reduces tool fatigue during major-incident bridges. The AI Companion Recaps generate instant, accurate post-incident meeting summaries and action items, helping slash our Mean Time to Document (MTTD). Persistent Chat Channels keep critical triage notes and links available before, during, and after emergency war-room calls. On top of that, the reliable performance—low latency and rock-solid uptime—means high-stakes, cross-functional troubleshooting calls don’t drop when it matters most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Resource Heavy: The desktop client can consume high CPU and RAM during multi-party calls, which occasionally slows down local system logs and debugging tools.

Notification Overload: Alert settings for always-on chat channels can get noisy and are hard to fine-tune, especially during active, high-priority incidents.

Web-UI Clutter: In the admin portal, locating specific older cloud recordings or meeting logs takes too many clicks, which is frustrating during audits.

Strict Breakout Rooms: During large-scale training sessions, support engineers can’t move between breakout rooms on the fly without host permissions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zoom Workplace: Seamless All-in-One Hub That Streamlines My Workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I love how it brings everything together. Rather than constantly switching between apps, having video calls, team chat, shared documents, and scheduling all in one seamless hub keeps my workflow smooth and saves a ton of mental energy for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Zoom Workplace aims to be an all-in-one hub, but it can feel cluttered. For users who just want a reliable tool for video calls, the constant additions—whiteboards, extensive app integrations, notes, and AI companion features—have made the interface bulky, harder to navigate, and heavier on computer performance. "All-in-One Communication Hub with Reliable Meetings and Recordings"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is that everything I need is in one place. I use it for meetings, team chats, and calls, so I don't have to switch between different apps. The video and audio quality are reliable, screen sharing is easy, and meeting recordings are very helpful when I need to go back and check something. It has made communication with my team much smoother and saves me time every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

One thing I don't like about Zoom Workplace is that it can use a lot of system resources, especially during long meetings. Sometimes the app feels a bit slow when many features are open at the same time. I also think some settings are difficult to find. A simpler layout and better performance would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Zoom Workspace Makes User Management Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

Our zoom workspace allows us to keep all of the users in one location and as the admin I can see who is using their account and from where. This has helped us to manage usage and determine who is using the account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

My only issue with workplace is we would like to see more security features on the recordings. We have had some issues with recordings being accessed and we would like to see more passwords on recordings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Smooth and Efficient Solution for Remote Team Collaboration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is to use and how reliable it is for everyday professional communication. Joining meetings is fast and straightforward, the audio and video quality are consistently strong, and tools like screen sharing, chat, and meeting recording help make collaboration smoother and more efficient. The interface feels intuitive, so even new users can find their way around without much effort. Overall, it has been a dependable platform for virtual meetings and ongoing team collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

One drawback of Zoom Workplace is that it can consume a significant amount of system resources during long meetings, particularly when I’m running multiple applications at the same time. At times, the connection quality also depends heavily on how stable the internet is, which can disrupt the overall meeting experience. In addition, some of the more advanced collaboration and productivity features are only available on paid plans, which may feel limiting for smaller teams or individual users. "Responsive Desktop App with Powerful Tools, AI Features, and Noise Cancellation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

Zoom Workplace includes a lot of advanced tools compared with other services like Google Meet. The desktop version is especially strong: having a dedicated desktop app is really useful, and it feels very responsive. I also like the noise-cancellation settings, the video effects, and the AI features.

That said, the free version limits meetings to 40 minutes, which feels quite low. If you use it frequently, though, you can buy the premium plan. Onboarding is easy as well—I can log in with one click using Google. The design looks good and it has dark mode, and the UI is simple enough to understand. It also offers good sharing options and a whiteboard, and it can connect with Google Drive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

the free version only has a time limit of 40 mins which is quite less. This may help increase their conversion rate to premium users but i think the time limit should be 1 hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Reliable Collaboration in One Platform with Zoom Workplace"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its ease of use and reliability. It makes communication and collaboration simple through video meetings, chat, screen sharing, and file sharing in one platform. The audio and video quality are good, and it helps teams stay connected and productive whether working remotely or from the office Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes consume a lot of system resources, which may affect performance on older devices. Occasionally, connectivity issues or meeting lag can occur when internet connections are unstable. Some advanced features also have a learning curve for new users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Easy-to-Navigate App That’s Simple for Everyone"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I like how easy it is to navigate and use other applications within the app. It’s also super simple for non-tech-savvy people. Everything is very self-explanatory, and what you need is right where you expect it to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

When I’m not using the premium package, the 40-minute timeframe feels very short. I really wish it would be extended to at least an hour, or even an hour and a half. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Stable, Straightforward Video Conferencing That Just Works"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

One of the original and best dedicated video conferencing platforms. It became a household name during the pandemic and now is more stable than Teams, especially with large audience. It can be used onver the web or in the app. The UI is straightforward and uncluttered, without any unnecessary gimmicks like some competitor products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

As a standalone meeting platform it is great, but competitors like Teams integrate with the office 365 platofrm better and enable documents to be shared. This is a bit of a weak point for Zoom. There are filters and backgrounds, some questionalble for professional use which is the main market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Platform for Team Collaboration and Communication"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

Zoom Workplace delivers a reliable, high-quality communication experience for both internal team meetings and client discussions. I appreciate that it combines video meetings, team chat, calendar integration, and collaboration tools in a single platform, which helps me stay organized and keep everything in one place throughout the workday. The audio and video quality are consistently strong, and joining meetings is simple and straightforward, even for non-technical users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Zoom Workplace is definitely feature-rich, but the growing number of tools and settings can make the interface feel a bit overwhelming at times, especially for new users. I’ve also noticed that resource usage can be more noticeable during longer meetings. On top of that, some of the more advanced collaboration features are limited to higher-tier plans, which may not be ideal for smaller teams working with tighter budgets.
