I have chosen to deploy Zoom Workplace at three companies, both with great success. The broad range of collaboration tools are great for those that work in different styles, both for in person and remote-hybrid work. The Zoom rooms come with free unlimited digital signage, which provides flexibility and expandability with different business operations. Integrations with other applications has gotten better, easily adding Teams and WebEx to Zoom Room functions.

Implementation and rollout has been smooth, with phone number porting happening on schedule and seamless for all companies. The ability to change out every notice and recording is also great from an IVR standpoint, with the text-to-speech better than the competition.

As Zoom expanded over the years, the level of support has drastically dropped. Initially their support was very attentive and helpful, but now it's a struggle to get movement on account management and other needs I feel it's getting better, but it was pretty bad for a couple years.
