"Effortless Meetings, High Audio Quality"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Rooms?

I use Zoom Rooms for group studying, meetings, and training. I find it really easy to use and share, and everyone can use it because it's simple for everyone. I really like how everything is simplified in room meetings; we can just join the meeting with one tap, which saves time. I also appreciate the high audio quality and that it doesn't lag much. The ability to share screens is great too, as it's simplified in a minimalist manner, making everything work well. The setup was fairly easy, which is good for beginners and not too complex. What do you dislike about Zoom Rooms?

I think the quality of video and audio can improve. The quality is good, but it could be better. Also, it would be helpful if AI could be added to summarize the whole meeting, making it easier to record. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Connectivity, but Video Enhancements Needed"
4/5
What do you like best about Zoom Rooms?

I use Zoom Rooms for online conference calls, and I like how it creates a single channel for everyone to join in and have conference calls, which helps in connecting with people. I appreciate the connectivity without experiencing any lag, and the voice clarity is great. The initial setup is like walking in the park; you just initiate setup and install. What do you dislike about Zoom Rooms?

Features such as hiding background and blurring during video calls don't work well. The image blurring doesn't blur out the background properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile and Reliable for Online Classes and Meetings"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Rooms?

I enjoy using Zoom Rooms for meetings in my religion and language classes, as it has many useful functionalities. I find the chat feature really good, allowing my English teacher to assign specific rooms where I can wait without disturbing others. This is really nice. The premium version doesn't have time limits, letting me stay in the same room for a long time. Also, the breakout rooms are quite valuable for quick conversations with others without everyone talking at once. Setting up Zoom Rooms was also super easy with no problems. "Streamlined Meetings with Rich Features"
4/5
What do you like best about Zoom Rooms?

I use Zoom Rooms to connect teams across offices and remote locations, and I love the one-tap join feature that makes meetings start instantly without technical hiccups. I appreciate the wireless content sharing as it eliminates the usual hassles. The multi-screen support and Smart Gallery view are features that stand out for me. I also enjoy how Zoom Rooms integrates with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook Exchange, allowing direct room booking and one-tap join from scheduled events. The setup is intuitive, as it runs on off-the-shelf devices and requires only scanning a QR code to pair with the Zoom Room. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Rooms?

Dependence on strong internet. Performance drops sharply with weak bandwidth, which can be a challenge in areas with inconsistent connectivity. Audio and video quality drops sharply with low bandwidth, causing pixelated video, frozen screens, and distorted audio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One-Touch Join + Google Calendar Integration Make Meetings Frictionless"
4/5
What do you like best about Zoom Rooms?

One-Touch Join and the calendar integration are the standout features for our office. We’ve gotten rid of those awkward first five minutes of a meeting where people are fumbling with cables or trying to track down a meeting ID. With the in-room tablet synced to our Google Calendar, we can simply walk in and tap one button to start. It keeps transitions between meetings smooth, professional, and essentially frictionless. What do you dislike about Zoom Rooms?

One particularly frustrating aspect is the hardware lifecycle. Zoom recently stopped supporting older Android-based controllers (such as certain legacy Crestron or Poly models), which pushed us into an unexpected hardware upgrade cycle. For a small business, this can turn into a significant hidden cost when perfectly functional tablets or touch panels suddenly become incompatible with the latest software updates. What do you dislike about Zoom Rooms?

Sometimes hardware installation can be quite costly for a fully functional room. Connectivity problems might exist from time to time, and these can lead to video or audio quality being affected. Some sophisticated functions might require training for efficient operation. There might be restrictions for certain interactions with third-party apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
