"A Virtual Classroom That Actually Feels Like One"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Events and Webinars?

As a former college student who took multiple courses through Zoom Events and Webinars, I can honestly say it offered one of the most seamless and human-centered digital learning experiences I’ve ever had.

The interface was clean, intuitive, and—most importantly—reliable. No lag, no clumsy setup. It allowed my professors to organize multi-week courses with polished landing pages, pre-scheduled sessions, and automatic reminders. I especially loved the dedicated Q&A and polling tools; they gave students a voice without the awkward “sorry, you’re muted” shuffle.

Breakout rooms were surprisingly effective too—structured well enough that discussions didn’t feel forced, but still relaxed enough to encourage honest dialogue. It made virtual group work... dare I say, bearable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Events and Webinars?

The only hiccup I noticed was in the calendar and registration side. Sometimes registering for a recurring class series felt like jumping through extra hoops—especially when juggling multiple courses. The email reminders could be a bit too frequent, or not quite timed right depending on time zones. But these were minor friction points in an otherwise solid platform. "Zoom - A great resource for work or personal meetings"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoom Events and Webinars?

What I Like About Zoom:

Easy to Use – The interface is super intuitive, and joining or hosting a meeting takes just a click.

Reliable Quality – Audio and video are consistently clear, even with large groups.

Great Features – I really appreciate the screen sharing, breakout rooms, and recording options—they make collaboration smooth and flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Events and Webinars?

What I Dislike About Zoom:

Time Limits on Free Plan – The 40-minute limit on group meetings for free accounts can be frustrating and interrupt productive conversations.

Can Be Resource-Heavy – Zoom sometimes uses a lot of CPU or battery, especially during long meetings with video on.

Too Many Updates – Frequent software updates can be a hassle, especially when they pop up right before a meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
