What do you dislike about Zoom Events and Webinars?

the back-end interface can be a bit hard to navigate, especially for users who are more familiar with regular Zoom Meetings. Finding where to set up or manage events isn’t always intuitive, and switching between meetings and webinars can feel confusing. The differences in functionality- like attendee controls, interaction settings, and registration options - aren’t always clearly explained, which can lead to mistakes or missed features if you’re not experienced with the platform. What do you like best about Zoom Events and Webinars?

Zoom is great for formal and informal meetings between staff and customers. It is also great for webinars and sharing presentations and training information for staff and customers. It is fairly easy to use and with the inclusion of AI products like summaries of meetings, that has greatly benefitted our staff and customers. We use Zoom regularly.
