What I like most is the fact that no matter what issues may pop up, wether made by me or ZoneRec, their support is 10/10 and absolutely fantastic as detectives. Whenever an issue is reported it is also very unlikely I'll ever come across it again thanks to this. Overall though, there are no issues, which makes the daily bank reconciliations smooth. The matching is what impresses me the most, and out custom rules work wonderfully for more difficuly payments. Because of this, it requires little manual work and more overall checks.
