ZoneBilling is highly customizable and is seamless with NetSuite. It makes processing revenue for month end close quick and gives us the ability to systematically chase AR with customers. The Zone team also brainstorms with us to find solutions to more complicated pricing rules, which is really helpful when trying to figure out how to best add functionality to Zone as pricing evolves. While there is definitely a learning curve for this product and there are lots of nuances, once the team is comfortable in the system it is a very powerful tool. While ZoneBilling is highly customizable, it can take significant development work to add customizations that cannot be handled in-house. ZoneBilling allows us to have highly customized pricing rules across a complex customer hierarchy structure with lots of parent / child relationships.
