It provides many unique features for marketing, like a broadcast messaging facility and a nurture sequence facility for your business, and the outstanding quality is the cart recovery option. You can add a message to send in sequence or after 20 to 30 minutes. Like other software, it's not clunky, but its functionality is much decent and smooth. Other than the chatbot facility's unavailability, I don't think there is any other disadvantage or bad feature in this software. What do you dislike about ZOKO? The UI can be improved, even though the process and integration are speedy. I sometimes felt the UI could be improvised a bit. The support team is excellent. Zoko is a powerful tool for WhatsApp marketing and sharing remainders on WhatsApp based on customer interaction. We love the Abandoned Cart feature.
