Also since it is a desktop app the calls barely have issues of dropping on hearing problems, it was easy to restart, and the fact that you could get your status updated when you are in lunch or out of the office. and this same feature makes it easy to get into it, it has popup notifications and helps you top do not miss any calls, also allows you to get control of the people that it's logged in and get reports for that people. The miss in Zoiper is that since it is a desktop app it crashed a few times and you have to restart the app from the task manager of your computer every single time. And due to these crashing issues, it makes you have some missing calls so it's best if you have a good computer so the Zoiper performance doesn't get affected. Another issue is the voice mail configuration, you really have to remember all the options when you call if not it's so difficult and you might be not able to leave your personalized message.
