1. I did not find the interface too user-friendly. While making the brand templates, it wasn't straightforward how to set up templates.

2. Considering our company websites were made on Zoho Sites, copy-pasting text from Zoho Writer to Zoho Sites changed the formatting and added unnecessary spaces. When contacting the help center, they suggested writing website content on Notepad and copy-pasting it from there. Very basic word processing almost seems like a slightly enhanced version of notepad instead of a full-featured word processor.
