However, I consider Zoho Writer to be their best product yet! There's not a lot that distinguishes Zoho Writer from Google Docs or Microsoft Word, however, it does need to have some ground-breaking functionality in the first place. To be better simply means to be able to do what the competitors do, but make it just slightly better. This is the case of Zoho Writer. It's cross-platform and available from any device as long as you can connect to the web. Yes, something to expect from any service around. Yet, Writer is very stable on slow connection. Compared to Google Docs, there;s less lag and the loading time is much faster. Auto saving is always a must and not something to be surprised about. Yet, Writer saves very often, so that in case something happens, you'll be able to continue writing the very same word you've stopped, not a few sentences before it. Over all, this is one of the more stable and reliable document writing apps on the web! **What do you dislike about Zoho Writer?** Having a desktop version would help a lot! Not like Zoho Writer crashes or it's unstable. But it would have been great to be able to go offline, write everything you want in a distraction-free manner and get back to the online collaboration aspect with your team once you're ready. **Recommendations to others considering Zoho Writer:** Zoho Writer is a very simple, straight-forward, yet powerful writing app. If you need a Google Docs or MS Word alternative - this is the one. **What problems is Zoho Writer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Me and my team are using Zoho Writer for writing almost all of our company's blog posts and other materials. Writer makes it extremely easy to collaborate and manage previously written documents. In case you're using other Zoho products, there's a cool synergy between them and Zoho Writer. Don't expect miracles from a writing tool, but everything you throw at it, Zoho Writer will handle. From placing images, to a quite neat formatting and a pretty easy embedding tools for other types of media, Zoho Writer is a great choice for a creative team to write blog posts, press releases and collaborate on other questions and tasks. **What do you dislike about Zoho Writer?** Certainly Zoho Writer shines when you're using it alongside other Zoho products. You'll be only getting the full package of benefits if you combine a few apps together, but even on it's own the app is pretty serviceable. Certainly Zoho want you t upgrade and use with its other products and it shows, but you'll still be getting a great experience from the Zoho Writer alone if you don't need some other bells and whistles. **Recommendations to others considering Zoho Writer:** A very decent writing tools with clean and beautiful experience. If you want something like this, it's either Zoho Writer or Dropboc Paper. **What problems is Zoho Writer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zoho Writer is a hub for my team writing and collaboration process. It's very easy to see corrections and notes made by other participant and I feels like some aspects (for example, file sharing) is handles way better than in Google Drive with Google Docs. ### 4. I can edit files without opening the heavy Microsoft office from anywhere as this writer is online and light weighted. 2. Import feature - I can edit different file formats by importing them to Zoho. 3. Appearance - Feature like Table theme page border have a great number of beautiful template that looks really nice and designer. 4. Tools like spell checker, Personal dictionary and thesaurus. 5. Different document view like page view, web view and reader view also in the reader view I get feature of night mode. Ohh I love it. **What do you dislike about Zoho Writer?** 1. Size of Imported file - Maximum file size allowed is 10 MB that can be sometime disadvantage of it. 2. As it is light weighted so there is less feature as compared with MS Office. **Recommendations to others considering Zoho Writer:** It's light weighted and comes handy because it is online editor. It has got nice designing feature. So I would suggest it to everyone. **What problems is Zoho Writer solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem of editing my document online and from anywhere without having need of MS Office. I can send my file directly to word press from her and distribute this like post to blog or emailing someone. I can share my document with anyone with appropriate permission. ### 5. This application is a one-stop shop for all of your document, presentation, and stationery needs. An excellent office-tool that businesses alike can use to their advantage. Companies can integrate Zoho Writer to stockpile all of their information. This application is supported by a wide-range of devices. **What do you dislike about Zoho Writer?** It was difficult signing into this application, I kept being prompted with the error message 'Invalid client ID' multiple times. **Recommendations to others considering Zoho Writer:** Documents can be shared with your colleagues by inputting their email-address. This application works well in conjuction with Zoho email as contacts are automatically populated by the Writer app. This appliation functions similar to Google Docs however it offers more functionality. Application is very similar to Microsoft Word. This application also functions in Offline mode. **What problems is Zoho Writer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Documents can be locked with security passwords, and application can be used and shared amongst an entire group of colleagues. This increases overall business-productivity. Spreadsheets and documents created can be customized in a unique-fashion which adds to the overall presentation of the information.
