The interface of Zoho WorkDrive impressed me as soon as I began using this software. Accessibility of the tools make it a delight to organize and share files. I particularly enjoy the ability to create folders and sub folders to categorize everything, and as a result never get frustrated that I can’t find my files. Also, the searching system is highly efficient; I can locate certain documents within a few seconds. Real-time collaboration is one of the Zoho WorkDrive highlights. I will be able to collaborate with my colleagues, instantly view their changes and leave comments on documents. This has made our communication more efficient and work as a team a lot more fluid. The other aspect that I would wish to note is the fact that Zoho WorkDrive can be connected to other Zoho applications and external tools. This flexibility has enabled me to develop a digital ecosystem that is responsive to the requirements of my team hence making the output of my team skyrocket.
