The folder structure is clean and easy to manage, and syncing with my computer has gotten more reliable than before. I really like how Zoho WorkDrive automatically creates folders on my computer, making data sharing very organized. I can easily create folders within folders to store all kinds of documents, including Google Sheets. The visibility restriction feature lets me share specific files with different teams, like the sales team or customer service, without any hassle. I can also easily fetch files and folders via link, using automation and functions linked into Zoho CRM with Deluge, which simplifies my operations and sales processes. There is a limitation I've come across in Zoho WorkDrive where shared folders can't be moved by others unless they have the highest level of authority. They should be able to move documents around, such as from one folder to another, even if they don't have full control.
