What I like most is how smoothly everything syncs across devices and across other Zoho apps. I didn’t expect it to feel more “connected” than Google Drive or OneDrive, but it genuinely does. Files stay organized, links between documents make sense, and I don’t waste time searching in different places. The universal search has been especially useful because it picks up items from other Zoho tools too, not just WorkDrive. It makes finding things surprisingly easy. Coming from Google Drive, some of the layout and folder logic felt different, so it took me a bit of time to adjust. It would be great if Zoho could make it easier to navigate.
