The Problem: Once you send a file link to a client, you lose control over it. Anyone with the link can see it or download it. The Benefit: It gives me total control. I can see exactly who opened the link, set a password so only the client can see it, and even set an "expiry date" so the link stops working after the deal is done. Also we use workdrive on regular basis for Documents reviewing and approvals. Earlier we use to do it manually .
