Benefit: One central workspace with version control. Everyone works from the same, up-to-date file. Less confusion, fewer mistakes. 2. Poor collaboration Endless email threads, attachments, and “can you resend that?” moments. Benefit: Real-time collaboration, shared folders, and comments. Faster teamwork, quicker decisions. 3. It syncs with all zoho products, and also for small businesses the 5GB free storage is initially generous I think. In Zoho CRM as well, the attachment integration is seamless. It's a bit of a hassle because we used it a lot. Inconvenience due to Disabling: It's inconvenient because we really depended on it. It was like our go-to place for all our documents, and not having it feels a bit tricky. Missing Seamless Collaboration: I miss how easy it was to work together with my team. Collaborating on files used to be so smooth, and now it's not the same. Hope for Reactivation: I hope they fix it soon and turn it back on.
