The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly. Even for someone like me who isn't particularly tech-savvy, navigating through different modules is a breeze. I did start with the free plan for some applications, and while it's a good way to get started, I found that some advanced features I needed were only available in the paid plans. This is understandable, but having a bit more functionality in the free plans would have been appreciated, especially for small businesses. Performance has generally been good, but there were a couple of instances where I experienced slow loading times or minor glitches. It didn't happen often, but it's worth mentioning.
