The ability to share passwords, have different levels of permissions for view only, edit, and password owner is tremendously helpful. When a password needs to be updated I am able to simply update it myself as the owner and immediately everyone's access to the password is updated. Additionally, as people leave our organization I am able to simply remove them and their access is revoked immediately, so no need to change tons of passwords. I would like to see a password generator be included in the right-click auto fill functionality for creating passwords. This is readily available if you select the extension, but being able to do it at the password location is a big plus. You don’t have to worry about keeping your passwords safe with zoho vault. It also sends passwords back ups to you on your mail. You can utilize the auto login function of zoho vault to log in to those websites whose passwords are saved in Zoho vault. Love how you can create "secrets" and with the enterprise version you can share with others and only give certain access like read only or even just auto login. The thing I like best about Zoho Vault is the use of the plugin on Chrome. I can easily click on the link for the site that I want to log-in to and it redirects my page to the site and enters in the credentials automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not like that I cannot create Chambers from the plugin. While the plugin allows you to create new secrets that you can then put under one of your already created Chambers, you cannot create a new Chamber. There are several features of Zoho Vault that make it very easy and efficient for us to do business. We currently manage multiple account credentials for several hundred clients, so the ability to do this securely was one of the major factors we were looking for. It reduces our liability since none of our analysts ever actually see the credentials for the customers they are helping. Since we are accessing several hundred accounts/sites each day among multiple analysts, the auto login feature makes our ability to scale effortless. It is also reassuring to be able to set user roles & hierarchies easily within the platform to make sure that analyst only have access to what they need and turnover is never an issue.
