One feature I really like about Zoho TeamInbox is its ability to keep communication streamlined. This tool allows my teams to work collaboratively on emails without unnecessary back and forth. I also have the ability to assign different emails to specific team members and ensure that assigned responsibilities are clear and nothing falls through the cracks. Zoho TeamInbox pricing is great for small teams, but it may be much more expensive for larger teams, especially if additional Zoho products are required to manage their business processes. Zoho TeamInbox allows teams managing a common mail Adresse to work together on answering emails. It can be helpful if for some reason you're not willing to use a ticketing software. Instead of making shared mailboxes directly in Zoho Mail, they created this additional application that doesn't even integrate into Zoho Mail.
