What do you like best about Zoho TeamInbox?

What I enjoyed and also found to be the most helpful thing about Zoho TeamInbox was how easy it made servicing our customers with the single support email inbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho TeamInbox?

When it comes to zoho TeamInbox, I can't think of anything I would say that I disliked about it. With the exception of the having to pay for a support plan in order to receive prompt support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-Reduces communication barries

-Enhanced Comunication Channel both Internal and External
