It can be helpful if for some reason you're not willing to use a ticketing software. **What do you dislike about Zoho TeamInbox?** Frankly speaking I feel like Zoho tried to create something here nobody really needed. Instead of making shared mailboxes directly in Zoho Mail, they created this additional application that doesn't even integrate into Zoho Mail. It's not really a mail application nor a ticketing solution and it also has no native iOS app nor a mobile optimised site. **What problems is Zoho TeamInbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** It can be a stepping stone for teams that don't have a ticketing system. We have tried it for e.g. legal related emails that multiple people are working on.
