As of now, I don't really see a negative aspect about Zoho survey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Survey solving and how is that benefiting you?

If you want to get feedback about your product from your users, then the Zoho survey is the get-to-go product. You can also make it anonymous so that users are comfortable with negative reviews as well. I've tried other survey products but when it comes to easy implementation and clean user interface, zoho tops it all among it's competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
