Honestly not a end-user of Zoho; but after using its applications I have changed my mind. Zoho Survey is very easy to use. Its user-friendly templates are worth a try. I am impressed by its performance in result analyzation. The process of publishing the survey is an ease of a task. My personal favor feature of Zoho Survey is "Survey Scoring". Recommendations to others considering Zoho Survey: I would say Zoho Survey is well suited for small-organisations and smaller surveys; I have personally experienced its attributes. It is so simple to use. I give a strong recommendation for the research fellows to use this tool. One of my friend suggested me to use Zoho Survey. So I just tried and was impressed with its features. Trust me, its so useful. It can be used for any type of survey.
