"Unbeatable Value, Feature-Rich, and Excellent Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Sprints?

This product stands out as very good when compared to its competitors. I find it extremely easy to use, and the customer support has been excellent. There are so many features available, which really adds to its value. The price is also worth mentioning—it's much better than what any competitor offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Sprints?

At first, the sheer number of features can be overwhelming and a bit confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Initial Observations on Zoho"
4/5
What do you like best about Zoho Sprints?

1) All essential features are bundled together without need for Apps which needs to be purchased

2) Concept of OKR, Time sheets, Project Templates are built into tool

2.1) One can track external contracts ( when we choose to get work done through external agency)

2.2) Meeting management and associated time tracking

3) Project Templates

4) Multiple assignees for same ticket

5) View Customization based on ticket type

6) Very useful dashboard

7) 50+% economical compared to JIRA ( even with Zoho flow)

8)Integration with Zoho flow,Jira could be achieved very easily

9)Import of tickets Jira to Zoho sprint is well documented and could be achieved easily .

To be explored :

1) is there one to capability between Jira automation and Zoho ( Loops on selected issues)

2)Quality of Support

3)Ticket to Bug Association and relevant stars Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Sprints?

Limitations

1) You can not define multiple boards specially between Dev and QA

1.1) WorkFlow( States and transitions) for their ticket are different . We can collapse or hide states that are not relevant. Using custom filters it is possible to define views of board relevant to each smaller teams (POD team) or departments (Dev, QA, Deployment) but we can not show status relevant to them alone

1.2) Example :

1.2.1)QA Tickets have separate type and status namely To Do, QAPrep, InProgress,WaitingForNextRound,Done

1.2.2) DevTickets have state ToDo,InProgress,On-Hold,ReadyForReview,ReadyForQA,QA_InProgress,QA_Checked,ReadyForDeployment,Deployed

1.3) Burndown chart for POD team/QA team in addition to overall Project Burndown

2) Ability to show linked tickets in card (Critical for QA tickets)

3) Ready made samples to explore power of automation

4) Ready made samples for Zoho Flow

5) Import documentation can be improved with regards to Read-only fields, User fields, Computed fields

5.1) Non availability of import logs ( ex: progress, reasons for failure)

5.2)Related Ticket links are not taken care during import. Came across some references about doing it separately as CSV import Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Project Monitoring Made Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Sprints?

The ability to monitor different projects, work items and sprints all in one place. It is also easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Sprints?

They do not have the option of features (for a tech project) but this is compensated with epics, backlog items, work items and sub-items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally a JIRA alternative"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Sprints?

I feel bad because this review won't be as robust as my first one that I didn't save. This product is amazing. It is simple to use, while still offering customization and flexibility of JIRA. It isn't overly complex to manage like JIRA with admin panels on top of admin panels. It was really quick to setup and build cards, projects, epics, and releases. We use it daily as our main form of Sprint tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Sprints?

There are a few UX choices that are hard to get past such as navigating through stories and tickets. It feels a bit clunky to click through and then return to the original story. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bang for buck"
4/5
What do you like best about Zoho Sprints?

Helps run our Scrum without burning our pockets. We migrated from Monday.com Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Sprints?

Not as customizable as Monday.com. It doesn't have a well-rounded app marketplace like other alternatives like Clickup. I'm more inclined towards the table like UI that Monday and Clickup offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Agile Tool with Great UX, but Needs Better Automation and GitHub Integration Controls"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Sprints?

The clean and intuitive UI/UX makes it easy to manage agile workflows. I also appreciate how well agile principles are implemented in the platform. The customization options are quite flexible, and the global view provides a helpful overview of multiple projects. The pricing is also competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Sprints?

The automation features are limited—basic workflows like notifying dependents when a task is completed aren’t possible. Also, the GitHub integration requires overly broad permissions, including access to all repositories, which isn’t ideal for privacy or security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
