What do you dislike about Zoho Sprints? Limitations 1) You can not define multiple boards specially between Dev and QA 1.1) WorkFlow( States and transitions) for their ticket are different . We can collapse or hide states that are not relevant. Using custom filters it is possible to define views of board relevant to each smaller teams (POD team) or departments (Dev, QA, Deployment) but we can not show status relevant to them alone 1.2) Example : 1.2.1)QA Tickets have separate type and status namely To Do, QAPrep, InProgress,WaitingForNextRound,Done 1.2.2) DevTickets have state ToDo,InProgress,On-Hold,ReadyForReview,ReadyForQA,QA\_InProgress,QA\_Checked,ReadyForDeployment,Deployed 1.3) Burndown chart for POD team/QA team in addition to overall Project Burndown 2) Ability to show linked tickets in card (Critical for QA tickets) 3) Ready made samples to explore power of automation 4) Ready made samples for Zoho Flow 5) Import documentation can be improved with regards to Read-only fields, User fields, Computed fields 5.1) Non availability of import logs ( ex: progress, reasons for failure) 5.2)Related Ticket links are not taken care during import. I feel bad because this review won't be as robust as my first one that I didn't save. This product is amazing. It is simple to use, while still offering customization and flexibility of JIRA. It isn't overly complex to manage like JIRA with admin panels on top of admin panels. It was really quick to setup and build cards, projects, epics, and releases. There are a few UX choices that are hard to get past such as navigating through stories and tickets. It feels a bit clunky to click through and then return to the original story. It doesn't have a well-rounded app marketplace like other alternatives like Clickup. I'm more inclined towards the table like UI that Monday and Clickup offer. The clean and intuitive UI/UX makes it easy to manage agile workflows. I also appreciate how well agile principles are implemented in the platform. What do you dislike about Zoho Sprints? The automation features are limited—basic workflows like notifying dependents when a task is completed aren’t possible.
