I was looking for so many different softwares to help manage social media and I came across great reviews for Zoho Social. It is very intuitive and includes instragram (which is not a given for most of these softwares). Its fairly easy to work with however when posting on instagram it wouldn't do it directly from Zoho. I don't know why this is but it creating unecessary extra work. Nonetheless, considering the price it has great features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is NO ability to post to LinkedIn that allows you to post a complete image --- you only get to post a THUMBNAIL --- and who wants a thumbnail showing up in a news feed? Not me. You want the real image --- not a postage-size thumbnail that is so small on a mobile phone. It's useless until LinkedIn allows this integration, a waste of time. We spent more time posting on LinkedIn since we didn't want a postage stamp post.

Same thing with Facebook... You want to credit the company you are writing about in your Facebook post... How can you do that if the Zoho Social platform does not allow you to hover over the "@companyname' after you publish on Facebook? So, in other words, if someone is reading your post they can't hover over the company name to instantly view its synopsis... This is horrible. Why it can't be done I haven't a clue. But without this KEY feature ---- it is another sad waste of time.

Until Zoho Social can get these two KEY CRITICAL features resolved, I don't know why someone would continue to use it. These are very important features in our experience. We do hope they figure it out as it would then create a seamless platform that integrates with an otherwise AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL extremely powerful Zoho system!!! The CSV/xslx template downloads for scheduling the post didn't seem to be formatted correctly, or least they didn't work well on my system, MacBook Air and Office 365. Pretty much had to create my own in the end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
