-It has lots of bugs. I have lost hours of progress many times on this product and I'm still facing this issue.

-It is not reliable. We have faced lots of crises caused by this product. Bugs just made our website unusable many times.

-It is not mobile-friendly. You can't put 2 images next to each other on a mobile web page. It is 2022. Almost every website editor can do that.

-It is not SEO friendly. It has SEO-friendly features on it but due to its poor mobile experience and limitations on design, you won't provide a good SEO experience to your users.

-There are lots of limitations on design. You just can't have any creativity on this product. It is so hard to design something unique.

-There are not enough design elements. You will probably have more element options on Wix and its alternatives.

It is the most easily customizable offering from Zoho. We can change or modify any page or part of it with coding. You can create the website within 3 day max even for fresher who has no experience in website creation.

Zoho is a really unique platform if you have a large team of people that are working on a lot of different projects all at once. I work for a small business so I am constantly wearing a million different hats. We looked into finding some kinf of communication software for the team that would help us all stay on track with different projects as well as know where everyone else was while working on the same project so we know when to prepare for next steps. I love how I can assign people to different projects and keep track of where everyone is in their assigned tasks with just one look. Instead of having to comb through a million different emails to see whos doing what when each person can just add their status as they move along and everyone is in the loop. The only thing I can say I really dont like is that I have to go throughquite a few different windows in their little app section to get through to where I actually need to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoho Sites is a decent website builder. I enjoyed putting together our new site and we like how everything now integrates with our CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support is awful. There is currently no method to speak with anyone, only submitting messages and waiting for a reply. I submitted an urgent request last week and it was 8 hours before they got back to me.

Also, you cannot share the preview link with others who do not have a Zoho account. This is problematic to say the least. We have department managers that are not involved with the website and will never have a Zoho account. But I cannot share the preview with them and it's causing a lot of frustration. I've been creating websites for over 20 years and I've never not been able to share a preview link with my supervisor and coworkers. None of the links work on the preview either, so I can't tell if the link is indeed opening up in a new tab etc.

There is a lot to be desired. For the last 2 years, I used HubSpot to build websites and I truly miss that support, it was instant.

I hope it gets better for us Zoho Sites, I've been on hold on the general number this morning for almost 45 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
